This was my second stay here. And I left wanting to visit for a third time. Everything from check-in to check-out was a wonderful experience. The room was neat, clean and welcoming. The scenery and peacefulness are definitely two of the best attributes about the place. And the spaciousness of the rooms, bathrooms and facilities. I've stayed in hotels that are far more expensive, but they offer such small rooms with not much privacy. I also really enjoy the complementary snacks :) If able, I think I'll make a booking for a third stay.

Nothing really to complain about. Maybe an upgrade on the tv facilities to allow for streaming services. Also, something my partner struggled with was the Wi-Fi network though. Since it's an open network, the privacy settings on his work laptop would not allow access to the Wi-Fi. Which is generally the case with work computers. The place is somewhat marketed as a business stay so maybe this could be changed. Instead of an open network, it could be password protected to allow for work purposes.

The room was a good size and it was clean. Maintenance guy was readily available and helpful.

The cleaner left our door open after cleaning the room. We only got back late at night to find out our room was open the entire day. I called reception and they just apologized. I don't think they understood that my personal belongings were left in the room which was left open by them. The next thing is that they have nobody to help with bags. We ubered from the airport then had carry and drag our luggage to the room which was quite far and end up walking stairs with this. I just had an operation and we booked ground floor which had 3 high steps and no ramp.a bit disappointing.

Everything really. When I saw the place on booking.com I wasn't really interested. The pictures that were taken of the place doesn't encompasses how amazing it actually is. The hotel should probably get someone else to photograph the place. But when I got there, I was immediately impressed. The views, the peacefulness, friendly staff. Just everything. And the room was amazing as well. I will definitely book the place again. And next time make use of the other facilities like the pool. Thanks Llewellyn and Christina. You guys are amazing as well.

Not something I did like but something that could be improved on in time. The TV is only satellite. Maybe in time you can upgrade to one's that allow for online streaming services.

I booked 2 rooms. 1 x double and 2 x double. Only the first room had a view (as described by the listing). Check in was easy and the staff were helpful to our requests. Both rooms were simplistic and clean. There was sufficient coffee, tea, condiments and towels, as well as complementary water. The rooms were sufficiently spacious and included a mini fridge and microwave. We didn't get parking directly in front of our room but there was parking elsewhere on the property. The hotel met my expectations, I would stay again.

You can hear noise from the parking lot and in the corridor since it's an apartment style hotel. You can also hear traffic from the N1 but all of the above didn't bother us too much as we were quite tired and once sleeping didn't wake up because of it.

I liked the environment, the calmness and ambiance of the place, the staff were generally friendly, the rooms clean and the food very good. Sandra at the reception was very helpful and also Thunyiwe who kept my room clean even though we never met. All the facilities I used were also very clean.

So, I attended programs at Century City Conferece Center and sometimes left very late and picking a taxi alone to the Hotlel got Mr worried of my safety otherwise, I do not have any bad memories of the hotel.

The hotel is safe, well maintained and for a 3* hotel, i would rate the the services up to 5*.

Perhaps the menu card should be enhanced with more varities of dishes

So I called the hotel and wanted to book via telephone the lady gave me different prices as from online for example we paid R1200 per night for 2 nights R2400 the prices she gave me was R1400 for the Saterday night and R1600 for the sunday night i asked her why is it different and weather we can use the obline prices she said no i will have to book via online then that is really stupid but we booked online without any issues

The staff is extremely friendly and very professional. Attention to detail phenomenal! The touch with the jelly sweets were amazing! To top it off reception called us, to find out if were okay, and if there was anything that we needed - not even a 5 star hotel does this! The room was warmed up on a cold winters day when we walked in. Very comfortable bed and the room has everything that you would need. Price is affordable.

Continental Breakfast was lovely. Cooked breakfast could have been hotter. Toast maker was not working very well. Coffee was good. Good selection. Shortage sometimes of plates. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Excellent holiday destination.

We had to move rooms - I had requested a walk in shower and first room didn’t have it. Reception dealt with it and we moved on day 2 to a very nice room.

We loved the view out of our window, the room service, the soft and warm beds and and the bathroom, especially the spacious shower. It was a tastefully decorated room. The chicken burger and sweet potato fries we ordered from room service were delicious. The menu had a wide range of options, which was good.

There could have been more options on the DSTV package for the room, especially for kids. My 5-year-old niece was along for the trip and there was nothing for her to watch. The sweet potato fries we ordered during our sit-down dinner were really oily. There could have been more spots for us to charge our phones, perhaps close to the beds.
