I have stayed at this location in Oak Grove, TN several times. It has never failed me. The entire staff always goes above and beyond to make my stay feel like home. I highly recommend staying there, especially if you are traveling with kids. The size of the rooms make it a lot more comfortable for everyone.

The part I didn't like has to do with the guest. The staff helped make it better. I couldn't find a luggage cart the night before I left. I wanted to load some things and they were all missing. I had time on my hands and I went to every floor looking for one. When I went to the desk to ask about one they apologized about people hoarding them in their rooms. The staff got a laundry cart for me to use. I was able to load my stuff and make my check out a breeze. I wish there was a way to stop guest from hoarding them. Maybe have to use your key and put a time limit on them at night. That way everyone gets to use them.

The customer service was great.Everyone was friendly. Although, the room was not ready yet, the staff was very communitive and made sure they kept us updated on the status of the room and once it was ready the room was very clean and had everything we needed. It had all the utensils needed in the kitchen. There was plenty of seating and table space at the bar, and the lighting options were great. The room was cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean with all the amenities needed.

The only thing that didn't work was the ice machine in the fridge, but since they had an ice machine downstairs, it didn't bother us because everything else was great. That was minor, and we didn't mind going downstairs to get ice. I will definitely be going back to them again. Thank you to all the staff ya were great and made us comfortable. The front desk lady was so sweet, too.. That really set the mood for the whole experience. Thank you, ma'am.

I've stayed here 4 times now. The one bedroom suite has a living room and kitchen which has plenty of room for 4. The bed was comfortable and the shower water was hot. There are a few restaurants and gas station right across the street. Parking is easy as well. We take our little dog. It's a great place for a long weekend stay. Gate 7 and the main gate to fort Campbell are less than 1 mile away. It's about 1 hour from Nashville to.

The pet fee is a flat 75 dollars. It's pretty high.

Close to the location for my family reunion and near other stores to shop plus eat.

I didn’t like the fact my room smelled like mildew. Room was clean and nice looking but you can tell water played apart of the smell and moisture within the room. Far as that I loved the staff and very clean facility. They wanted to change my room but hotel was completely full for the weekend.

I enjoyed the location, size of the room, bathroom fan, and the fact the property offers free laundry services. The prices in the cupboard were reasonable, and the front desk attendants were friendly.

The thin floor boards were an issue. I could hear everything the person above me was doing, from walking to opening drawers. Although I was impressed with the complimentary laundry facility, the dryers were old and did not dry my clothes. My small load was in the dryer on a “normal “ setting for two hours and still was not dry. I ended up packing the lost and taking it to my mom's to finish drying.

This was a great location to stay while visiting my family stationed at Ft. Campbell. Just a few minutes from the main gate. Clean and comfortable, very helpful staff. Nice kitchenette in our room, but we didn't need it. Great for a lot of people, though.

They were cleaning carpet the day we checked in; very strong smell and the machinery was hard to maneuver through for my elderly mom.

The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of counter space at the table.

The only thing that was a bit off was that the ice maker did not work in the fridge, but they did have an ice machine in the building, only issue was I had to go downstairs to get ice. But it still was a great room and I enjoyed my stay.

Location was good. No morning coffee or breakfast of any kind.

The bed was not comfortable at all. Floor, both carpet and linoleum, could’ve been cleaner. No breakfast items or coffee; while not a huge deal, a light offering with coffee is always nice. I always book a “breakfast included” hotel, so I was surprised.

I liked the kitchenette had everything I needed. I didn't have to buy anything but food for my stay. Everything was clean and organized.

The phone in the room kept going out when I called the front desk.

There is always people Cleaning the hotel. It smells and looks clean. The complimentary fruit water put out everyday is so good.

Our room did start to show some sign of needing attention. Ceiling wire were out (but capped off so safe but not visually appealing). Shower gels and bottles needed replacement. The shower knob should probably be replaced soon it is very loose and doesn’t hold in the right place. A little rust on light fixture. I love this hotel these are little things but I just don’t want to see the hotel not address and it go downhill.
