Natura hotel in Loutraki (Skopelos island) was an amazing surprise (as we booked it 1 week before) which turned out holiday into a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern and the rooms are nice, as well as the roof pool (which compared to others is bigger) is nice. Breakfast was simply amazing. Sweet and salty dishes were all delicious as well as fresh juices and coffees. However, what made our stay exceptional was the staff. They were all super nice, always smiling and available to help and accommodate our requests (including change room so to have a balcony room and booking restaurants and beach clubs). To make things even nicer, there was Taki, the red cat mascot of the hotel, who hardly left us going before having enjoyed a good time of cuddles. Loutraki is just a very small fishers village, but Natura hotel makes it an amazing place where relaxing and living the true Greek islands life. I strongly recommend when staying in Skopelos to live the island by staying at Natura. Finally, Natura is connected with Parraiso, a nice beach club, so it is an additional feature to count on.

I enjoyed so much my time in the hotel (especially in the early morning) that I can hardly think of anything I did not like.

Beautiful contemporary Greek / Scandi design style, roof top pool and view are absolutely stunning. Staff are so welcoming and friendly, and they will do everything to ensure your stay is perfect and always with a smile. The rooms are big, bed and bedding very comfortable. The breakfast is great, especially sitting by the sea with excellent service. They have a private transfer to the beach club and great links for things to do, like boat trips, visiting the local villages etc.

This was our second return to the Natura hotel. It is a beautiful boutique hotel, situated next to a stunning bay and small harbour. The Eleni and her staff are so welcoming and friendly. Nothing is ever too much of a problem. They all go out of their way to ensure we have a wonderful stay. We were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary, so we were provided with a free room upgrade. A sweet message and flowers were left in our room, which was a lovely touch. The rooms are very clean, well equipped and modern. We had a good sized balcony that over looked the waterfront. The roof top infinity pool is absolutely breath-taking, with very comfortable sun loungers and a bar. The views were dreamy. It was made all the more magical with the regular fly overs from a group of local swallows. Breakfast was buffet style, with a great selection of hot and cold food. We enjoyed eating on the terrace situated by the waterfront. We are looking forward to booking for 2026!

Location, service level, staff kindness and professionalism, breakfast, general feeling . It's a formula which is quite unique in terms of experience. Of course, if you ar looking for that kind of experience (silence, few people, relax, atmosphere).

The dinner menu is quite poor. They should improve it.

We loved everything - the hotel was beautiful, close to the beach, private pool in room was cleaned every day, rooftop pool was gorgeous. The hotel has a private beach club with free transfer to and from the hotel. Overall great value for money. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were all fantastic too, nothing was too much to ask.

Great location - a few minutes walk from the ferry port. We arrived very early in the morning and since we came at the end of the season and the hotel was not at full capacity - Helene who received us - offered us an early check in and a late check out which was wonderful. She also helped us find a rental car to tour the island and helped us with everything we could think of. The room is modern and clean and the surrounding was perfectly peaceful. Thank you!!!

Best experience ever! We felt spoiled in all ways! Wonderful staff, so kind and helpful, they took care of everything to feel very welcomed and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. I can not thank everyone enough for the experience we had during our stay. Best wishes to everyone

Beautiful hotel. Amazing staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay special. Gorgeous infinity pool with stunning views. The breakfast was wide ranging, fresh, delicious and we always looked forward to spending a leisurely time enjoying it. It was my daughter's a-level results when we stayed and they helped us celebrate in style with unexpected treats and extra attention that made her feel very special.

My only minor comment is that the family room is only really for four people max due to storage space, but it was a minor concern that didn't affect our happy stay at all. Loutraki is a small, pretty port butwith only a few restaurants to choose from. We got cabs to Glossa in the evenings and also hired a car which I'd say is essential.

The location was wonderful - in easy reach of a several great tavernas and of Glossa village, which is very pretty and has some lovely places to eat. The staff went out of their way to help us and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The food was fab - esp the breakfast and the Greek salad! And the coffees were superb. I love that there is a beach club owned by the same family, and they provide free transfers there and back. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

The absolutely best thing was the amazing staff! Great compliment,all the staff were super warm,friendly with a smile on and happy to help with anything. Thank you so much for the hospitality! The hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated and the rooms are very clean and comfy. Luxurious feeling! The outdoor pool area is also beautiful although we only spent a brief time there because the beaches are fantastic. There is a nice beach with a bar that belongs to the hotel as well and a free shuttle service.

Those are really only minor things but also as a recommendation, with a hotel in this price range it would have been very nice to have complimentary water and also the cappuccino and fresh juice for breakfast included. Also when we went to the paraiso beach club belonging to the hotel, the minimum spent for sun beds (100 Euro for the front row which is quite high) is only for consumption directly on the sunbed not sitting at the bar/restaurant behind. This was only explained to us after we ordered lunch at the restaurant which made it feel a bit like a rip off. We complained and the staff (again amazing staff) luckily were so kind to make an exception. But I would strongly advise to either change this policy or make this very clear to guests upon arrival.
