Lovely hotel, pool and facilities are great and the view is amazing! Breakfast had a good selection and the location was good but you either need a hire car or willing to wait for shuttle bus/taxi as it’s not walking distance to the town.

The breakfast staff were shocking. They need more guidance. No clean tables. No knives or folks on tables. Tables very dirty. They are doing things but not prioritising guests. I gave up and helped ourselves to cutlery. They also take away plates etc from your table when there are empty ones full of dirty dishes. I don’t normally complain but if you were there you’d see what I mean. The guy on the bar by the pool also said he was too busy to add ice to our glass when ordered drinks. Reception staff helpful, but weren’t willing to take on board by comments about restaurant staff.

Very good food, breakfast was excellent. Bus from hotel to town at different times helped allot. Clean rooms. Nice staff at the bar.

There were no tea and coffee in the rooms. Not convenient. The pool closes too soon. It can really stay open until 20:30 at night. We had a problem with our laundry. It was washed by the hotel without telling us the price. The billed us 150€ This was a big surprise to us. We asked them to be fair and pay half the bill. They insisted that we pay 120€. This was very unfair. We are very unhappy about this. I received an email after I complaint wich said I can speak to the manager. She refused to see me. We had to pay the 120€. I am not going to leave this and want 60€ back. Please send me a contact person of the hotel urgently. Kind regards.

Nice hotel with nice staff, the location is 3.5km from the port but it was more a plus than a minus for us

Breakfast was quite poor, every morning exactly the same stuff and the bread especially was very bad

The staff make this hotel, nothing is an issue so helpful and when you want a lazy day at the pool you can always get a sun lounger

The free bus service to town it is great but personally I think they should charge 2Euros per person and have slightly more services instead of 10am, 4pm & 7pm add an additional 1pm so you can go out and have a wonder in the morning and then come back for lazy afternoon etc

Location. It was close to the main town but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing with fabulous views. Spotlessly clean and cared for hotel. Food - lovely - just a confusing presentation. Staff: warm, friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

No kettle in the rooms for a 4* hotel. Bathrooms are compact - but you have everything you need. No Greek yogurt offered in the half board option for dessert or available for snacks. Would make a nice alternative to ice-cream.

The hotel was great, really clean and the staff were so friendly a special mention has to go to the 2 bar staff Katerina and Maria..... I loved the location as well,it was just far enough out of town to enjoy the peace and quiet and for the more able and energetic of us a nice walk in to town. Taxis back were regular and at a fixed price of €10 quite affordable, the hotel does provide a bus service but this only runs 3 times a day.

I only have 1 criticism please invest in some double beds. The slit down the middle although might suit some didnt suit me and my partner who still like to cuddle at night.

pool was dirty, slime ring around the waterline. Staff was great, management seemed rude and yelled at the staff in public. Shuttles did not run late not very often.

Professional Staff! Calm and content atmosphere.The best secluded little beach (walking distance). Absolutely stunning view. Delicious food.The Hotel manager so lucky to have such a wonderful crew.

Needs few new sun-beds on the beach.
