A beautiful mansion , very well positioned on the shore of the lake. Fantastic views from room , balcony and even from the bathroom. Free parking spot. Super tasty dinner at hotel from a A La Carte menu. Georgiana , our waitress was super professional and polite. Tasty average breakfast. The hotel itself is very beautiful. Road to hotel ( not hotel’s fault ) is more for terrain cars ( jeep or suv ).

In the evening the day we came the water was not warm enough for showering. From 22:30 no water at all in Hotel. Maybe not Hotel’s fault ! Water came back in the morning. No 24 hr reception.

Room was nice and clean. Location is awesome with the splendid lake very close and a beautiful garden to walk and admire.

Staff was "slow" and not quite responsive to our questions or needs. We were advertised a romantic boat trip on the lake but unfortunately it was unavailable due to not being enough people... apparently 2 people are too little to have a "romantic" sun set. At the breakfast, there was only 1 employee there which was struggling to prepare everything on time.

The view was amazing. The room is big, most comfortable bed and cleanest white sheets. Good breakfast with local products. Very quiet and relaxing place, amazing for recharging the batteries.

Only two sockets in the room, inadmissible for this century when everyone has at least two devices. No refrigerator in the room, as far as I know it is a standard even for 3 stars. No possibility to keep cool a bottle of water or something for the baby. The lunch and dinner are great as long as it is traditional food. Otherwise the quality and taste does not meet by far the high class restaurant prices. The only two issues I had with cleanliness were the shower and the spiders that you can find in every corner of the terrace (only after sunset so maybe this is why they were not spotted by the cleaning persons). It is also hard to get from the main road to the hotel, of course this is not the fault of the owners but they should insist to local authorities for changes.

The property is in a beautiful location with lake side views which was the main reason we selected it. The property itself is finished to a high standard and all the services exceeded our expectations. Staff is very friendly and helpful in looking after their guests needs both on the property as well as with activities around. They’ve helped us organise some activities and made the whole experience so much better. The next time we are in the area, we’ll definitely book it again.

The access road from the Main Street could be less bumpy but once you arrive at the property, it’s so worth it.

Rooms are too simple for 4 stars - no drinking glasses, A/C, fridge. The road to the hotel it's awful but doable.

Great building, design, great beds, very clean, magical view, very quiet, the staff granted our wishes, good food.

Few vegetarian choices for the meals, coffee in the menu was not what we were served ( we love coffee and we were given poor options); staff not available at all times if we had questions...Details in service and food can be improved to match the 4 stars of the place.

Highly friendly staff, ready to help in all possible situations. Astonishing view on the lake. Clean rooms with beautiful furniture. The stay left a wonderful impression.

There is no elevator. Yet the staff helped with the luggage.

Good breakfast, clean room, big bathroom with nice shower, comfortable large bed, amazing view from the room balcony to the lake.

A SPA would be nice. Some improvements in the quality of the dinner menu are needed.
