I asked Allison at the front desk if we could check in two hours early and she happily accommodated us. We were exhausted from traveling for medical appointments and it was such a relief to be able to check in early and get some rest! Thank you Allison for the amazing service! Give her a raise!

In the shower there were a few stray hairs from the previous occupants and a few crumbs on the carpet in the main bedroom area. I’m super picky about cleanliness and feel like there shouldn’t be any sign of previous occupants in a hotel room.

Unable to access breakfast due to medical procedure, but reception offered trail mix for later—a thoughtful gesture. Appreciated all the safety bars in the bathroom. Kitchen area was very nice. We appreciated not hearing sounds from other visitors. Convenient to be next to hospital. Comfortable bed—great pillows!

Because my medical procedure required many trips to the toilet, I could have used better quality toilet paper. The sofa bed, as sofa, was not comfortable to sit on. It was too low to the ground for a handicapped-accessible room—difficult to get up from. Could have used another blanket.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool and hot tub area were clean.

Room was spacious but could have used some slight additional cleaning. The kitchen accessories in the drawers were not all clean, the couch had food stains on it and there were chips under the fold out couch when we went to make the bed for our children. Just a slight amount of touch ups would have made the whole experience even better.

The place was very nice. Asked for a ground floor room got second floor room almost to the end of the hall away from the elevator. Made it hard for me as i was there for a Doctor appointment for my bad leg.

Went to check out on Friday and the girl charged me 50.00 for my 7 lb. Yorkie dog. Never said anything when we checked in. Thats the most we have ever been charged.

The room was spacious,, clean and comfortable. Staff was wonderful.

I am very disappointed that we were charged On March 14th when making reservations through BkgBooking.com we were charged $278.29 and when we checked out of the hotel on March 27th we were once again charged $281.62 by Homes to Suites by Hilton. I did tell the lady when we checked in that we had already paid but apparently she didn't understand. Our room was great and the services we to but I don't feel it is right to be charged twice and would like to know how we can be refunded for atleast 1 of the charges.

I love Home 2 hotels since they provide everything for a pleasant stay. Full kitchen. I ended up getting a room with two queen bed that was huuuuge. It looks like a apartment. I highly recommend. Good breakfast, clean and great staff. I never hesitate to stay in Home 2 hotels. This hotel is connected to he hospital for the ones who needs access. You don’t need to go outside.

Breakfast was amazing, staff super friendly, beautiful room, comfy bed. Loved the kitchen in the room, it would be nice for someone staying a little longer If they had family in the hospital or traveling for work

Beds were great, super comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was fair. Nice shower with good water pressure. Very nice stay.

Would be nice to have closer parking. Otherwise no complaints.

The rooms are clean,comfortable and the staff members are friendly. Home2 Suites is always my first go to hotel, when coming to Sioux Falls.

Very perfect for visiting my daughter in hospital . Close to a nice park.. and other things. Cleanest hotel I have ever been in. Good break and wonderful staff
