hotel is located in the best spot , friendly staff upon check in and check out , restaurant in the hotel was amazing parking is a little weird but they have plenty of space in the garage area under the hotel also hotel floors are locked and you need your room key to access those floors , i thought that was a great safety measure

we brought a truck and trailer with us for our stay because there was on site parking listed but they didnt list that it is an underground lot so it was a bit tricky getting in there but the staff was great and helped us out with this. also upon check out we waited 15-20 minutes at the front desk with no help until someone with the cleaning service came up and helped us

It was nice to have a Starbucks available. Location is great if your spending time downtown.

Unfortunately, the transients and homeless people walking around everywhere, take away from any nice hotel or restaurant.

Shower was disgusting.. Mold in every corner and soap dishes. Door track was filled with grime and mold. Door didn't shut and water went everywhere. I wont be back

The bed was just right, it was very clean, and very quiet. Because the lobby has a public restaurant (Crave has great food and atmosphere!) and Starbucks, they require the key to access guest rooms so you feel secure. The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping were very nice. We were able to check in remotely and use the app on the phone for the room key, it was super convenient. The front desk was helpful in giving out a complimentary sewing kit to fix my dress. Underground parking is available, which is nice in the winter!

The only thing I can recommend to improve would be to make it known that breakfast stops at 10, though admittedly had I checked in in-person vs the app I likely would been notified.

Close to downtown, easy to access, staff excellent and was so surprised and delighted to be upgraded to a king suite room. Felt special

Terrible parking!! Blankets on the beds are slippery and ineffective. Cotton is a far superior material for sheets and blankets staying put.

We only had bagels there one morning and ordered off the menu another morning. It was good. Your waiters were all friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. One waiter never came back with our check. We had to ask the bus man to find him. Then he assumed we were splitting our appetizer 3 ways. It wasn't our intention. No big deal and just giving feedback

We received wrong information at check-in and our room key was non functional. Your maintenance man is wonderful

I liked the view of the river and the front desk staff, Ryan, was wonderful.

The lighting in the room and bathroom was not good. It was frustrating trying to put my makeup on.

enjoyed the restaurant Crave. An the fact My Son got a free lift ride to airport. so I could sleep in

Fabulous location and great restaurants nearby. There is great parking options outside or in the garage.
