hotel is located in the best spot , friendly staff upon check in and check out , restaurant in the hotel was amazing parking is a little weird but they have plenty of space in the garage area under the hotel also hotel floors are locked and you need your room key to access those floors , i thought that was a great safety measure

we brought a truck and trailer with us for our stay because there was on site parking listed but they didnt list that it is an underground lot so it was a bit tricky getting in there but the staff was great and helped us out with this. also upon check out we waited 15-20 minutes at the front desk with no help until someone with the cleaning service came up and helped us

Even if they did not assure me to have a room with the view, the staff at the reception desk gave me one. In addition, they worked it out a tax exemption that was initially non considered. The restaurant Crave is amazing.

It was nice to have a Starbucks available. Location is great if your spending time downtown.

Unfortunately, the transients and homeless people walking around everywhere, take away from any nice hotel or restaurant.

Shower was disgusting.. Mold in every corner and soap dishes. Door track was filled with grime and mold. Door didn't shut and water went everywhere. I wont be back

Terrible parking!! Blankets on the beds are slippery and ineffective. Cotton is a far superior material for sheets and blankets staying put.

The bed was just right, it was very clean, and very quiet. Because the lobby has a public restaurant (Crave has great food and atmosphere!) and Starbucks, they require the key to access guest rooms so you feel secure. The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping were very nice. We were able to check in remotely and use the app on the phone for the room key, it was super convenient. The front desk was helpful in giving out a complimentary sewing kit to fix my dress. Underground parking is available, which is nice in the winter!

The only thing I can recommend to improve would be to make it known that breakfast stops at 10, though admittedly had I checked in in-person vs the app I likely would been notified.

I liked the view of the river and the front desk staff, Ryan, was wonderful.

The lighting in the room and bathroom was not good. It was frustrating trying to put my makeup on.
