As most Holiday Inn Express they are very nice, comfy beds. This breakfast was better than most.

I was flying in to Omaha, NE and then driving to Sioux Falls. Our flight got in very late, so I called the hotel to let them.jnow we were going to be late, but would be there. I spoke to a Naya. At first she could not find my reservation. Put me on hold a few times. Came back on the line said im waiting for my supervisor. Put me on hold again. Came back on the line and said still waiting for supervisor. Now I still don't know if she's found my reservation or not, so i ask her why are we waiting for a supervisor. She said I need to let her know you are checking in late or else they will cancel your reservation. I'm like I will hold while you get your supervisor. I have never heard of such a thing before. Naya could of let me know a little more before just outting.me on hold.

The rooms are spacious and put together nicely. The breakfast was amazing and held so many options, French toast, eggs, bacon, to name a few. Plenty of drink options as well. Nice pool and hot tub.

While the rooms are spacious the wooden furniture has sharp corners and they are at the perfect level for little ones to bump into. Perfect black eye makers in the room. So as a parent it prevents you from fully relaxing in the room. Breakfast gets over at 9. It made a family of 5 feel a tad rushed

I have stayed at 5 different hotels in Sioux Falls, this Holiday Inn Express was by far the best one yet.

Grab bars in the bathroom, especially in the shower would be helpful. I’m in my 60’s but far from disabled. It’s still easy to lose my balance and having something to hold onto makes me feel more secure.

Everything was clean and easily accessible. I also received a call from Josh letting me know that my sister had left a bag in the room and how we could have it returned.

The toilet wanted to keep running, I adjusted the float so it would stop.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of choices to pick from. Convenient location.

I loved how clean and welcoming everyone was here. Stayed with two littles, who wanted to run during breakfast and even the workers were very nice and understanding.

I wish this hotel had a kid swimpool area.

This hotel is located close to the Tesla superchargers at HyVee Foods so being close to convenient charging was one of the reasons we chose the Holiday Inn Express. The facility was clean and quiet and the staff who greeted us was friendly. Breakfast area was clean and spacious and there was a good variety of foods from which to choose. The warm cinnamon rolls were wonderful!

Minor concern but there seemed to be a bit of a vibration in our room. Not sure if maybe we were located over a cooling/heating system but it was noticeable although not a big issue.

We were traveling to South Dakota and stopped for the night. Everything was expected from hotel chain. We used Holiday Inn Express nearly the whole time from Alabama to South Dakota and never found a problem with any of the hotels we stayed in. It's a great deal for the money. We get a free breakfast and always feel safe.

Location was great, walking distance to restaurants (including an awesome Steakhouse I ate at for dinner). Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower and water pressure was great.

Nothing other than road construction making it a pain to get to.

Breakfast was good quality/fresh and good variety - I noticed they offered gluten-free choices if requested

Honestly, I had everything I needed.
