Buffet style breakfast with your choice of scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, biscuits and sausage gravy, cereal, yogurt, coffee/tea/juice. Everything was great! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was impressed with the overall cleanliness of the place as well as the quiet environment. 10/10 I’d stay here again!

Comforter on bed could have been a better quality, with more thickness to it. It was very thin, like a sheet. It also would have been nice to have blankets available for guests. I stayed during the winter and temperatures would drop to single digits.

Location was close to both the interstate and the main hub of Sioux Falls. Staff was very courteous and friendly, especially the gentleman at the front desk. Rooms, though a little dated and “tired”, were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread in the morning was nice with good variety.

I wasn’t thrilled that there was no one physically at the front desk when walking in….we had to dial 0 on the desk phone to reach staff, who then very promptly came up front. (That was good) My concern is that the entrance is not very secure, as ANYONE could come through those doors undeterred and undetected.

Armano was our concierge. He was friendly and I enjoyed talking with him. He was conscientious of the fact that I have a bad knee and he worked to get us a room that was good for me. We stayed twice, going and coming from our destination. We enjoyed it both times. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great with several options, including eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, cereal and bread options, yogurt, and more. We will stay here again when we come this way.

Just know that there is no elevator to the second floor.

Once we changed rooms, it was very nice. Clean, jacuzzi worked, nice refrigerator, bed was comfortable, smelled and looked clean.

The first room we were in the jacuzzi didn’t work. Called the front desk & he got it going, but then the hot water would not come out at all. The front desk employee was very hard to understand, and snippy. Breakfast was disappointing. The eggs & sausage was gone and never refilled. Very limited selection.

The breakfast was sufficient enough and the bed was comfy.

The location was a bit confusing the first time we went to the hotel. I'm sure this was due to city putting in curbs where you would normally turn in to get to hotel and directing you to turn on the next drive. The other was when I checked out, the printer was either not working or not fast enough. Person behind counter said he'd mail receipt, however I never received it.

The pool was warm enough to enjoy swimming in. There were plenty of places to charge devices in the room. The location is good - very near to the mall. We were going to eat there but then discovered it closes at 6 on Sundays, but there are a lot of other restaurants nearby. Breakfast was decent - eggs, sausages and biscuits for hot dishes.

No complaints!

nice hotel with a comfortable bed. Pool and jacuzzi of good size. Breakfast was the standard fare but everything was there to get you off to a good start in the morning.

This isn’t going to change anything but I am not a fan of disposable plates, cutlery, cups etc. It would be so easy to have some real dishes that can be washed in a dishwasher instead of creating so much waste.

The property is easily assessable with gps. On the smaller size but clean and comfortable.

No elevator. 72 yr old me had to schlep my heavy suitcase and garment bag upstairs and down. There was no offer to help or elevator. The greeting area is the breakfast area. It’s just smaller than other Americinn’s I’ve stayed at.

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub amazing, hot choices for breakfast!!

Your rollaways need to be replaced. And my mattress kept moving over when I sat on the bed. Beds are high with pillow top mattress. Maybe put something between the mattress and base to keep them from moving

there was noise as we approached our room but when we closed the door i couldn't hear any of it. the coffee machine in the breakfast area was nice.

they were replacing all the bed frames but the work was centered adjacent to the main entrance and the pallets were blocking the walkway. the parking lot was tight and full which didn't help. there were apparently no alternate entrances. the side doors had warnings about the alarm will sound. we were sent to the upper floor with no elevator which meant this old man had to carry luggage up the stairs.
