We got a suite, and it was beautiful and so fun. Very happy with the room. The kids loved the pool and swam a lot. I wish the pool would open earlier than 9am. The breakfast was pretty good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, few kinds of cereal, bread for toast, 2 kinds of mini muffins. They were out of OJ and the coffee didn’t taste good. Need some fruit, maybe they were out at 9 when we were there. (Served from 7 to 10.) My kids were disappointed that there weren’t pancakes or waffles to make themselves. The front end staff was okay. They forgot to give me our pool wristbands when I checked in so I had to go and track those down. And forgot to tell me that pool towels were at the front desk. I asked for a late check out, but was told I needed to talk to the front desk people the next day. When we came for breakfast, I stopped and asked if we could check out late (meaning noon instead of 11 o’clock). The woman barely looked at her computer and told me, quote, “no, we need the room”. No “sorry about that” or “thanks for staying with us, but we can’t do a late check out today”, just “no” after looking down at her computer for less than 5 seconds. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and had to deal with this woman before. She is not helpful or friendly. Other than her, we had a very pleasant time and good interactions with other staff members.

Some staff could be nicer, just one woman in particular.

The main reason we stayed there was because of the waterpark and pool, it was great that we had a room right by them. We all had a lot of fun and the kids loved swimming outside - especially since the pool was nice and warm. (One of my kids did not like how cold it was in the indoor pool). Breakfast was delicious and staff was very friendly and helpful.

The water to the slide was not on for a long time when we were in the water park. An employee finally walked through and we asked about it, he turned it on. By that time, we were heading out to the outside pool because the water was cold in the indoor pool. Other than that, our stay was great!

Kids enjoyed the water park, we purchased a suite and an additional 2 queen room - we were lucky enough that they were all connected by interior doors which made keeping track of the kiddos much easier and 3 bathrooms for 8 ppl was a bonus

The hallways are a maze - even after 2-3 trips to and from the lobby I was still unsure of which direction to go

Room loction - poolside was great parking and room access was nice Breakfast was great pool was fun

Could not get any housekeeping service - had to double/triple request every day except the last one. pool towel request and wearing "bracelets" was a little annoying

The pools were great! The indoor pools were perfect for our 5 and 7 year old. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I had low expectations of the hotel brand grill, but my husband said it may have been the best club sandwich he has ever had. (Quesadillas were delicious too.) Breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfast and was the right price (complimentary). It was a great stay.

Convenient -but quiet - proximity to I-90, clean, comfortable. Very nice stay.

It is large, and quite maze-like. Had to have someone lead us to the elevator to find it. Finding our room required the help of another guest. And we aren't "old"! Drop breadcrumbs to find your way around - and back!

The breakfast was so delicious & the location is good. My kids enjoyed the water park area.

It's a nice large hotel but we did get lost a few times. Maybe have different or more noticeable signs.

Very spacious rooms, quiet, clean & comfortable. Our grandchildren enjoy the pools! Breakfast is ok but would be great if bacon was added to the menu & a waffle maker.

A bit cold in the hallways.

The staff were friendly and were very accommodating when I called asking if we could get in early. Very informative about the facilities when checking in. The room was clean.

Hallways are a bit confusing to get to the breakfast area from the entrance H.

We stayed in the suite with our 3 grandchildren aged 3-10 and it was perfect. The room was huge! It seemed fresh and new. The waterpark was perfect for their age span, they spent hours in the water.

When we checked in we were not given our waterpark wristbands or pool towels (there aren't any available in the pool area). It's a large hotel so I had to find my way back to the front desk to get them. No one told us about the wifi, merely checked us in and gave us keys. There isn't any breakfast available which would have been nice.
