The king bed was really comfortable. The Continental breakfast had a lot of good choices. Staff very friendly.

There wasn't a grab bar in the restroom beside the toilet. Being a senior it was a struggle to stand up after relieving myself. A friend told me later I should have requested a handicap room. I wasn't aware they were available. I will try to request it on our next stay. Another thing the door was missing the chain lock, I felt insecure with only the door lock.I sure it was just an over site.

The cleanliness-great effort seems to have been put in to make the rooms and hallways very clean. I like clean hallways and peaceful rooms. The parking lot was great too, felt safe parking my car at night.

Can't really say, the evening staff person was very courteous and pleasant. Nothing really that I didn't like.

The price was good and it wasn't very busy. The breakfast was okay. There was biscuits and gravy, but the only meat was in the gravy. There were waffles if you wanted to make them.

The restaurant next door looked abandoned and this facility shows some wear. The bed's mattress had permanent body impressions, but was still comfortable.

The location is great,just 1/2 block off interstate! The motel is in a location that none of the traffic noise can be heard. The staff are always saying do you need anything? The breakfast was amazing and they have someone in the room cleaning and helping guest with waffle maker.

There is a swimming pool .. add a hot tub and ythe motel would be perfect!

While moving from one home to a replacement with a grandson; the flexibility of having the Baymont was perfect for my needs!

Attitudes of male India Staff are very Threatening in their way of communicating to these of us from the Midwest; especially South Dakota. How men from India got to the USA, I don't care. However, adapt to being in the way of life and lifestyle of being American.

Was the most economically priced hotel in area. Pleased with breakfast. Bed comfy. Personnel very nice. Appreciated amount of coffee pods, microwave, and refrigerator. Appreciated first floor room as am an older person and there is no elevator.

Stools in bathroom very low. Difficult to rise from. Toilet paper holder partially behind door if door left open. Hole in bathroom wall from something be moved. Another part in the bathroom, drywall pulling away in a corner. Room refresh for 2 day stay would have been appreciated, but understand it is now common practice not to do so.

Nice big room. Very good price. Friendly staff. Loved having access to a fridge.

Someone was smoking Marijuana insidr the property and it started smelling like it in our room. Our bed seemed like it was needing to be replaced as it was soft and lumpy. Felt like the TV was too small for how big the room was.

The staff in the morning was exceptionally friendly in serving breakfast and checkout. The man at the front desk asked personal questions about our stay and for any feedback we could give. I feel that personal questions like that are a great touch.

There was something nasty still on the chair in one of our rooms. Cleaning needs to be a little more thorough.

Sioux Falls is a wonderful place to visit and this hotel was centrally located and close to my preferred destinations. The next time I am in town this would be my first choice. Staff friendly and very receptive and understanding.

Location was fine for a motel with easy access to the freeway. Good value for money. Adequate free parking available. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

Motel was well-used and not new, but that was no problem given the price comparison to nearby places.
