Staff was prompt and attentive. Facilities were clean and beautiful. Pet friendly. Great breakfast. Overall, the beat stay we have had at a hotel in quite some time. We will definitely return! Would recommend to anyone!

We had a room at the rear, with a great view over the garden and the fields, making it very quiet. With a restaurant next door and plenty to choose from just across the road . The staff on the desk were friendly and helpful, giving us a street map , to make our trip to the Falls and around the town easy.

The staff was more than accommodating. We were moving across the country and got to the hotel late. The staff extended the pool hrs an extra hr so our grandkids could swim. We asked for a crib and it was in the room before we got to the room. The food was good and the kitchen staff delightful.

The location is great. Staff was accommodating. My mom had eye surgery, and they let us check in early so she could rest.

Lobby is really brightly lit. It didn't seem as relaxed as it would be with a bit dimmer lighting. The elevator was on the slow side.

The beds were comfortable, the shower seat was great, the dining area was clean, the breakfast offering was plentiful, the pool was fun for the kids - it wasn't noisy and our family enjoyed our stay.

There was not much room for toiletries in the bathroom, and the pillows were folded into little squares.

Had a country club vibe, clean, friendly staff. Rooms were incredibly spacious! Location is super convenient to town and highway.

Parts were updated while other parts were dated, it had an odd odor especially in the elevator.

We have 8 children and they were so accommodating! We had a suite and a room. They were next to each other. Theybgave us planty of towels and shampoos. The pool was excellent fun for my kids they had a great time. The breakfast was much better than continental breakfasts at other hotels. If we go to sioux falls we will definitely stay here!

They required requesting house keeping. I forgot one time and ended up with a pile of wet towels from showers the night before.

Beautiful! View out our window was stunning! Very nice area with lots of shopping and restaurants. Staff was awesome. Breakfast was killer!

Hot tub was not hot and rogue wild unsupervised kids ruined the pool experience for my kids.

It was very very nice. The breakfast was the best we’ve had at any hotel.

We were in a handicap room and when my father was taking a shower it went all over the bathroom floor. So made the floor slippery and dangerous. I thought the price we paid was steep
