Bed was super comfortable! Quiet (even though our room was right down the hall from the pool area) and clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and well kept up. Staff were very friendly! We had a personal issue and one staff member went out of their way to help, even though it was not their responsibility. At check out the man at the front desk asked about our stay and wished us safe travels on the road. I would recommend them for sure. I have come into contact with several rude hotel members, but not here. They are extremely kind and it made the stay even better.

The staff was all extremely helpful and friendly And the room was extremely exquisite and spacious. I took advantage of the hot tub and their pool area was very clean and easy to find towels or whatever you needed.I absolutely enjoyed my stay and kept extending my stay till I had to return to work and daily routine. I definitely will stay there on my next vacation. By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at

I didn't like having to check out. I would have stayed longer if I could have. I definitely plan on staying there again.

The room was clean and the "full size" beds were comfortable. Water pressure in shower was good. TV worked as well as heat/ac unit.

The bathroom was showing signs of wear as the acrylic handle on the tub had some moldy caulking coming loose and the metal door hinges were rusty from moisture. The sink/vanity was outside of the bathroom which was fine but the sink drain was running slow which is a pet peeve of mine. Forgot to let them know about that when I was checking out. You had to use the phone to get someone to come to the desk and he was not very helpful and kept disappearing. Free breakfast was ok. .sausage links, scrambled eggs, waffles, biscuits/gravy and some other items. We were looking for something clean, comfortable & reasonably priced and this worked for me.

This hotel was one of the cheapest listed with a decent review. When we checked in and out the staff was very friendly, the room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was the usual free breakfast served at hotels. It was right off the highway with a gas station next door for easy fueling up the next morning. We enjoyed our stay and site seeing one night in Sioux Falls.

We did struggle a little to plug our phones in due to the design of the lamp that had the charging areas on it's base. And why are there so many small hard pillows on hotel beds nowadays? But that's just being nit picky

I liked that the rooms and bedding were clean. The bedding was white, stain free and crisp haha. 4 pillows on a king. The bathroom was clean down to the ceiling fan and shower curtain. Huge plus to look behind the bathroom door and see it clean. It is older and you can tell it's not been updated for awhile, but the location and cleanliness means so much to me while I'm traveling. Also they had a decent breakfast.....scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, pastries, breads, and waffles. Had a basic pool and hot tub. The front desk guy was awesome and helpful!! His name is Milan. Whatever I needed he was there to help.

I had a room that was shared once, like a conjoining bedroom. So when the neighbors had their tv on and were visiting and laughing it was very loud in our room. Other than that l, not alot to complain about. Over all it was definitely worth the rate and will return when in SF again.

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was nice and well-maintained for the price. Bed was comfortable and the shower and sink worked well. Breakfast was nice with decent variety of hot and cold food and drink. Location is nice with being on one of Sioux Falls' main streets.

Hallways could use a little updating with newer carpet. Back doors are functional although the handles are broken. Could be fixed mostly for aesthetic reasons.

Friendly and helpful staff. I could always find someone at the front desk or in the laundry room nearby. Lots of amenities with pool and jacuzzi, breakfast, soda machine, etc. Room seemed clean and renovated not long ago. Great access to interstate and shopping/restaurants.

Some areas of main lobby and stairwell are worn and need renovation. Lower quality options for breakfast (artificial eggs, generic sausages, dried-out biscuits, etc.) but better than some hotel breakfast options I've seen.

The breakfast was great with many choices. The hot tub and pool area were very enjoyable. The price was exceptional for what you get at this location. I thought the rooms seemed clean and comfortable. Overall I felt I got more than my money's worth. Also the staff were very friendly.

I think they should fix the carpeting in some areas like the stairs where there's tears, fading, thinness and that sort of thing.

I liked that it was very affordable. Pool was perfect size for younger kids as it's only 3 ft. Loved the hot tub. Liked that breakfast was included. Also the gentleman working front desk in mornings was amazing! Didn't catch his name but he was a white gentlemen. Super friendly! Some of the best customer service I've had in awhile. Room is decent size. Id say it's good for the price. Also did not seem like one of those run down motels. Area didn't seem too bad as well and loved that it was right off the highway which would have been nice if it wasn't for road construction going on. Other then that I think the location of hotel would be very convenient. Walmart & Sam's Club are just across the highway as well which I loved.

Just the area of hotel... area is very backed up most times right now (as of 04/02/23) due to them doing road construction things so it is usually very busy and filled with cars which can be a pain trying to turn certain ways. Location would be great for whenever construction is done

Staff was friendly and funny. Loved it the gentleman at the front desk made it fun with conversation during check in. They do have an elevator to help you get to the other floors. We didn't get time for the pool but looked nice in there. Breakfast was ok about the average of what you get at every motel

The bathroom is super small but doable Ice machine only on the 1st floor.
