We liked the location and it was easy to get to from the interstate. The breakfast choices were a hit foe the kids along with the hot tub and pool.

Our light was out in the entryway. After we returned to the hotel after a daily outing we were surprised to find that the parking lot was blocked off and only half was available and not many slots were left. It was hard to fit in a parking space with all the work trucks in the lot. There were no signs up and we were not notified until that evening while walking theough the lobby.

The exceptional customer service, me, my family and our service dog were given. For example, when we first arrived, our service dog was greeted with a doggy welcome bag with a treat inside - really nice touch. The staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. We were there for the Nike XC race event that weekend and we knew the hotel was very busy due to a lot of other events going on at that same weekend too, but the staff were great, really professional. Breakfast choices were very good too and the hotel room we were given was well maintained and very clean.

The breakfast and cleaning staff are always ready. I loved the social time as well organized at the hotel.

I understand that it was not easy for the hotel,to vary the breakfast for us only.20 days with the same things started to become boring.But for a short stay, this is a better place to be.

My wife and I were celebrating our 44th anniversary. We wanted to spend a couple days in Sioux Falls. We are SO glad we landed at the Staybridge Suites! We travel a lot, but have never experienced a more pleasurable place to stay! We will ABSOLUTELY recommend it to our friends and family! And we will return…!!

Heidi, the GM, is AMAZING! A++ Amy, A+ Katelyn, A Monika, A Clark, A Rodney, A++ in cleanliness; wow! Anna and Erika, A ...all other personnel I met whose names I don't recall = A Grade~! 👍 The entire staff are simply South Dakota, MAGNIFICIENT! The Breakfast is good; it is NOT great! Quality = EXCELLENT! However, the eggs are out of a box. 😱 One cannot order any scrambled eggs, softly; one cannot have 'Sunny-Side-Up eggs; otherwise, it is fine. The three (3) days / week Social is a fantastic concept; 👏 however, the food selection could be better; i.e., hot wings, barbecue ribs, hot dogs, mac and cheese, fried chicken from popeyes, potato salad, salad, etc... would make it rock to high Heaven experience. 🤗

The Hotel...Property is not located in a convenient area; especially when one doesn't have a car; it is too far out-of-the-way. 😭 Location! Location! Location! 💦 Happy Hour must have better food choices; I mean, afterall, when you opt to do this, it must be done well or don't do at all. Breakfast is good; yet, fresh eggs, omelettes, pancakes, grits (even if it were in the packets as is the oatmeal) would be welcomed; ditto!

Very clean , open , friendly staff

Everything was wonderful, however we would have preferred the bathroom completely private with the sink in the sane too as the toilet and shower instead of the sink area open to the kitchen with moor door. Also if there could have been a surge protector outlet at the bathroom sink area as you cannot run a blow dryer on high without blowing a fuse would have been nice.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good each morning. The hotel was quiet and the staff was very friendly. Would stay again.

No ice machines that I could find. The ice maker in the fridge worked very poorly and only got a few ice cubes in 24 hours.

We loved our stay at Staybridge Suites-Sioux Falls. The staff was welcoming, the room was exceptional, and the breakfast was delicious. We'll definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

Breakfast selection was great - variety perfect. Staff person in charge of breakfast was very helpful and friendly.

When leaving the key fab at the front desk upon checkout, person wasn't the most friendly.

It was very nice , very clean, everything looked brand new , bed and pillows very comfortable, very spacious room and nice size vanity area. Having an ice maker in the frig in the room was a huge plus !

I felt it was very expensive. $200 for 1 night.
