The location was very close to the mall and had restaurants nearby. Having a couch in the room was great.

The turn for the road is right by an interstate ramp, so it was easy to miss. When the staff member filled the breakfast biscuits. he used his bare hands without washing them before. He used no gloves or tongs.

Grandkids enjoyed the pool, beds were comfy

I fell and was injured on the hotel property..I tripped over a broken piece of sidewalk right outside of the hotel.door and landed hard on my knee, resulting in a scraped and bloody knee that also swelled up and bruised. I couldn't get up by myself, I had to have help getting up. My knee is still sore and bruised several.days later.

The lobby area was nicely decorated and had a very welcoming look to it. The wheelchair accessible room was set up exceptionally well—both in the sleeping area and the bathroom. Both the shower and shower chair were especially nice. The full length mirror was great and actually in a location that I could use it. I could easily get to and use both the microwave and the frig. The mattress was at an easily transferable height (not ridiculously high, as is too often the case). Bedside lights were a plus and had extra outlets for charging my phone and watch. The towels and washcloths were especially fluffy and soft.

Our room was right next to the pool and there was a very strong odor of chlorine in the room; also, the heater was not putting out any heat. We contacted the front desk and she came and looked at it, but there was nothing she could do. She said she could try calling the maintenance person, but he rarely answered his phone at night. It was a bit of a tight fit for my wheelchair between the partial wall and the bed—an electric wheelchair might have difficulty there.

Excellent value for what we paid! Very nice, clean room. Bathroom was clean. We slept in and missed the breakfast so can't comment on that. Very happy with our stay!

Just to be nit-picky, the office chair was well used and cracked. Other than that nothing bad to say

Good waffles. Eggs -sausage not so much. Bisquits-gravy very good. Would have been nice to have granola for yogurt and some pastries. Bed was very comfortable.

Smell, must er a chemical- place felt damp. Sausage-eggs-:( Not an issue but odd not to have a full length in rooms

The breakfast was good. Staff did a good job keeping it well supplied. I thought the staff worked hard and was professional in all areas during our stay.

Trash build up in the parking lot. The hotel could use some upgrades and small repairs (new paint, carpet cleaning, etc.).

The breakfast is great! There's great variety. The lady who in charge of it checked on the on a regular basis. The staff was great.

The entrance light of our room was not functioning when we checked in and no staff was on hand to fix it. Checking out we had to wait longer that my legs liked. I have a leg pain that becomes very painful when standing too long. I know she was busy with something.

Staff was super friendly. Our rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We did have a family with little kids above us that made it a little noisy but that is not the hotels fault. Our hair drier in our bathroom, burned up, but again it is wear and tear and not their fault. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options. They kept it very clean in between people coming and going. We will definitely stay again next time in town.

Parking could be a little better. If you get a parking spot they are very tight when you drive a suburban. not much room in between cars. That I don't like.

This was a very comfortable room with a good bed and the hotel seemed to have nice facilities- fitness room, small pool, breakfast area. There was street construction which made it a bit harder to get to and the desk clerk was not very outgoing, but he was okay. Dozens of restaurants in the area.

The water controls in the bathtub/shower we’re not easy to use. I never did get the water HOT.

The area was quiet and basically clean. The bathtub appeared to have something like mold or mildew along the base. The room was very roomy which was very nice! We enjoyed using the pool, as well.

The microwave didn’t have a 30 second setting (a dial for time setting) which meant that I had to use a separate timer for heating the compress. Anything over 30 seconds would have damaged the compress.
