The breakfast was pretty good, but it wasn’t as well stocked as I had hoped. Many items were gone when we arrived. The beds were comfortable, but hard for me to get in and out of, as I’m short. It was nice to have ice water, cookies and coffee available part of the day!

Having one elevator for 4 floors was rough at times, as the wait was long. And there was a shortage of towels in the pool as some people use several at a time.

The staff was all kind and accommodating! I really appreciate the later check out time of noon rather than eleven like many hotels are. The breakfast had good choices and was kept well stocked for even though we were down there on the tail end!

The elevator was pretty slow, so you definitely don’t want to be in a hurry if you need to catch it when busy!

The Breakfast had a wide variety of choices: hot and cold! The breakfast attendant was very attentive and helpful. The maids also seemed to be attentive each day to the rooms to make sure they were clean and well stocked. We did enjoy our stay!

If I need to say anything that could have been better, it would be the coffee. It would be nice to have fresh ground coffee with fresh cream and not just the fake creamers. It would also be nice to have choices of real sugar or honey. Besides cleanliness, good food, even just good coffee, helps to distinguish an upscale hotel from your average run of the mill. It shows your thinking about your costumers more than just the dollar. But really, it was a nice stay!

I slept through breakfast. But it looked like a good breakfast. It was very quiet which I was pleased about as sometimes noise makes it hard to sleep. The bed was great! Better than my own bed at home. The room was very clean. And the staff were very helpful and accommodating. It was a very nice experience.

Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. I have teenage boys, and our room had a small handprint on the mirror. This tells me that they do not sanitize or wash and wipe everything down after each stay. I'm hoping it was just forgotten. But overall, it's a wonderful hotel with nice staff.

The last two times we have stayed here, the lighting has not worked. Two of our lamps did not work.

It was very clean and modern looking. Room was very nice. Check in was a breeze.

I do wish there was a choice of bacon instead of almost always sausage for breakfast. Wish that Domino's would have delivered to this location. But we had a short drive to see the town a little, so it wasn't that bad.

Breakfast was better than you would expect, both waffles and pancakes can be made to order, along with scrambled eggs and sausage, and very good biscuits and gravy. The room we had was very spacious, with a very comfortable King bed, and full size sleeper sofa, there would have still been room for an additional blow-up mattress if needed. Room and common areas were exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful at all times. The location itself was very quiet, little to no road noise.

We actually booked this location by accident, I thought I had selected a hotel close to downtown. So I guess I would have liked a place closer to downtown, but that was actually an error on my part. As I said, the location was very quiet, and it isn't really very far (time-wise) from the downtown area, although certainly not within walking distance.

There wasn't enough parking in their lot. The staff told us to trespass and park at another business since they didn't have sufficient parking. When checking out, I commented on this since there are signs everywhere talking about what can we do to get a 10. However, the person who asked how my stay was when I made a comment about the parking didn't even acknowledge my comment, respond or show any empathy. Also upon departure I asked for a receipt to confirm that there weren't any erroneous/additional charges to my card that they asked for when I checked in. I was treated like this was an unreasonable request. I was never provided one. After a few minutes, they did confirm that there weren't any charges and to expect my receipt from Booking.com.

Clean, safe, great location, awesome breakfast (homemade donuts!), super pool and hot tub, great business center, washing machine and dryer on-site, and the friendliest and most helpful staff.

Beds were awful. Felt like sleeping on an old straw mattress with a divet I would roll into where other bodies had lain. That was on both beds in a double queen room. not good. need replacement
