I definitely like the location. I also like I could sit outside while my kids played in the pool. It was really convenient for everyone and I definitely would stay there again. The staff was nice and friendly and very accommodating.

The only thing that I can say about it is, it could’ve been just a little bit cheaper. I thought it was quite expensive but with all the other hotels and the going rates, it was right in line with everybody else as well. I can’t complain about anything else because it was great. I had an amazing time.

Our rooms were spotless, quiet, and comfortable. The woman working the afternoon of our check in was AMAZING! She was so busy (there were literally so many people checking in and some were kind of rude to her), working alone, and was still so polite, professional, friendly, and thorough! But still speedy. We had our room keys, enrolled in honors, had everything explained to us, handed our waters, and were up into in less than 5 minutes.

Breakfast was really good. Every morning it was something different, the food was hot and very delicious. Nothing was ever empty, the staff was right on top of everything. The coffee was very good also. The hotel was very clean and I felt safe staying in my room. The staff at the front desk was very helpful, informative and very pleasant.

There wasn't anything that I disliked about staying here. The beds were the best they were the most comfortable beds I've slept in. I will definitely stay here again.

Automatic doors were out of order. All beverages in common area had to purchased at their bar. No ice machine on the floor. Fridge and some outlets didn't work...brought in different fridge and it worked part time.Luxury prices for economic facilities.

We loved that it was clean, had a great breakfast, fantastic pool, price was reasonable.

My spouse has pet allergies and they allow pets, but it didn't bother him as much as it has at past hotel stays

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this Hampton Inn and we will continue to use this hotel. Wonderful staff, clean and comfortable rooms and great breakfast.

Great rooms, very, very clean hotel. Oh, and the continental breakfast was delish over and beyond expectations . Loved every minute. ♥️

Liked room a lot and location

Had recent water damage and there were fans everywhere in the halls. No apology for inconvenience or explanation to avoid wondering if leak had been going on awhile and if could cause health issues. Finally told cause when leaving by maintenance which made us feel better.

Beautiful from the moment we walked in the door! Everyone was so accommodating and very helpful 😍 We were able to check in early, we arrived in a snowstorm and thankfully we were able to stay warm and cozy and safe! The room was wonderful and the beds were soooo comfortable!😊. We will definitely stay again when we travel to Sioux Falls 🥰

How clean it was and the customer service was great!

It took almost 30 minutes to get hot water to get hot in my shower when I got up super early! I’m sure I was the first one trying to use it that day.
