I can’t speak highly enough about my stay. The location is great; you can walk to Texas Roadhouse in three minutes, you’ve got the mall on one side of you and 41st on the other, so you have easy access to the hubs of the city. The building is beautiful, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was better than most; it had your staples like waffles, bagels, and cereal, but also egg white frittatas with spinach and feta, ham egg and cheese croissants, yogurt, chocolate milk, etc. They have a business center and a pool that, while on the small side, seemed perfectly nice. The staff absolutely shined. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable; from a helpful housekeeping guy whose name unfortunately I didn’t get, to Shun and Al at the front desk, who I cannot say enough about. From getting me a new remote when the batteries in mine were low to documenting minor cosmetic damage in the bathroom (likely caused recently, they offered me a different room but I was fine) to giving me advice on parking downtown, they were friendly, welcoming, competent, and helpful. The accommodations were very nice, but the staff is what set it apart from any other hotel I’ve stayed in in Sioux Falls.

Our room was AMAZING! It was huge and very comfortable. View from window not up to much but that didn’t matter to us really. Ideal location near Empire Shopping Mall and a gas food Italian restaurant near by too. The man on reception was very friendly and gave us great customer service. Breakfast was good and fresh with nice verity of products.

Sink drained a little slowly in the bathroom and I let reception know on check out in the morning. Swimming pool was clean but felt rather cold.

We loved our King studio which had a separate space with sofa, desk and fridge/microwave. Our favorite accommodation out of 20 during our trip. Customer service was awesome, we had trouble getting onto wifi and the desk clerk immediately fixed it. She also suggested we visit The Falls in Sioux Falls, which we did and thoroughly enjoyed our walk around it.

Wifi TV connection was a bit overloaded

This was my first experience with Marriott. The room was amazing and beds comfy. We really liked the room!

The man at the counter around 12:30 pm on 9/3 was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. I wasn’t mad we couldn’t check in early but the way he treated us from the second I walked up was terrible. My two teen girls even picked up on his attitude before I even mentioned it and asked us what was wrong with him. The only other complaint I had was the breakfast. We didn’t eat there because the only hot thing was eggs. The staff said the sandwhiches were turning out mushy so they couldn’t make them. One reason I picked the hotel was for hot breakfast in the morning.

This is a beautiful modern hotel. Our room was spacious with everything we needed. Wishes we could have stayed more than one night. The staff was very friendly!

There was a baseball team staying there at the same time and the staff had a hard time keeping up with the breakfast items. We ended up just grabbing coffee as everything else was pretty much gone.

Nice staff. Been staying at Springhill Suites as rooms were comfortable. Needed additional bath towels, room only had one. Called it in and they brought up in a reasonable amount of time.

Shower door needed to be fixed. Wouldn't fully closed, stays open about 1.25 inches. This is something the cleaning staff couldn't caught and should've been fixed prior to a being checked in. I have notified the staff. Didn't see him note it or write it down when I checked out.

Everything was nice and clean. Staff was friendly.

Did not like the parking. Could have been a little bit better. The breakfast was not what I expected. Not much to choose from . Got there around 6:00p.m. and the pool was already closed.

The breakfast was very good, and the location was convenient. David was very helpful during check in and responding to our requests. The room was a good size with a nice layout.

No complaints.

The property was nice. One of the staff members stand out to me. His name is Kasey, very friendly an helpful. He took the time to get to know us.

I would say there was only three down falls. The first would be the location,next to the interstate.While it is convenient it was noisy.The second would have been one elevator. Being on the top floor an having the wait for either it to come up or go down. An the last one would be the lights that come in around the curtains.

Over all a beautiful hotel. Beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.

They advertised a hot breakfast, it was very lacking in that department. No waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, or pancakes. They had microwavable Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, instant oatmeal, or toast for warm items. The rest was cold.
