This was our second time there and Even tho this hotel was under renovation and the pool was closed for construction we had a very nice stay. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating and the room was very nice and comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

Breakfast was nice. Typical continental. Enjoyed all the waffle toppings. Initial person that checked us in was extremely nice. It was an evening check in and super quick. Rooms were clean. Regular beds were very comfy! Sofa bed was an average sofa bed so don't expect a good night sleep on it. Suite did have dishes! Didn't expect that.

Things are just surfaced cleaned. My toddler popped out the chair cushion in the bedroom and there were food wrappers and beads. Carpets need a good cleaning. More than 3 towels for a room that is intended to sleep at least 4 adults+ would be nice!

Excellent breakfast, large spacious room with a good layout. we enjoyed tv from couch or bed, and the full kitchen was accessible and useful. there was plenty of green space for the dog outside. the staff was so friendly and helpful! It felt like home very quickly. Good location for exploring the town.

The queen-sized bed was ok, not wonderful, and we didn’t like the bedding. They need to upgrade to smoother sheets, and the duvet was small, without a usable cover (bedspread cover was too heavy). Pillows were good.

Jacuzzi suite and room location were fantastic. Away from the pool and elevators. No one above us!

Button on the Jacuzzi was broken but we got it to work. The curtain in the bedroom was torn but not terrible. Lighting in the bathroom underwhelming. Bed pretty hard.

Location, had kitchenette which included full size refrigerator. Included hot breakfast.

Very expensive so not a value. Needs some updating and fixing. View was roof with air conditioners so loud at night. Son slept on pull out bed and said uncomfortable. We washed dishes and knives before using.

room was in need of repair: though the door to the hallway locked, it didn’t fit into the doorframe. Bedroom door didn’t close easily. some of the furniture was damaged. bathroom outlet didn’t work. flooring in kitchen area was damaged.

I called the day before and asked about their hot tub and if it was working, because I new I would be needing it ( pain in my lower back and hips) hot tub was not working- it was like taking a hot bath - no jets working properly

Hard to navigate with construction, but that’s to be expected. Silverware was missing from kitchen. Sofa bed made loud cracking noises every time someone rolled over and was very uncomfortable

the staff was very nice. check in was easy. the room was very clean and spacious, we stayed in the one bedroom double Queen suite. the breakfast was great! m at options all fresh and delicious. also! Starbucks is right across the parking lot.

nothing to complain about, this stay was excellent.

I mentioned in making my reservation, that an early check-in would be greatly appreciated since I flew in on the Red Eye arriving at 10 am. I also did not except that request to be answered positively. BUT I arrived at 12noon and they had a room ready for me and I was so thankful because I was very tired. Thank You
