The check in was easy and efficient. with a smile too!!!! Granddaughter thought the beds were so comfortable she found them hard to get out of, everything was clean. but bring footwear to keep tootsies warm, as their floors have no carpet, helping keep things clean. The breakfast was good to; bacon was crisp and just that is rare in hotels. The gentleman at the front desk in the AM was top notch, wish I got his name, well done!!!! Easy to find as well.

Looking forward to a swim but found out pool was down, At first, I rated my whole stay on just that fact; after taking a step back and looking at the whole picture and remembering I worked on pool and it broke sometimes as well. So with that not much to complain about,

Nice roomy bathroom and bedroom. We loved the extra space with the attached dining room. Elevator was clean, and quick. Nice to have ice machine on the floor our room was on. Staff was exceptionally nice!!! Breakfast was very good, and nice surprise compared to other hotel breakfasts that we've experienced. Very nice place, and we plan to stay there again! Thank you!

Wonderful stay. Front desk was on point and polite. I stay at alot of places and this is one of the better experiences. Room was very clean and updated. Bed was wonderful. Best shower I ever had, endless hot water and great water pressure. Breakfast was the standard hot continental but was still very good. We will be staying here more often when in town.

Pillows where a little small but won't stop me from staying there again. No other issues.

The rooms were INSANELY clean which was so wonderful. Also, the mini fridge. Can we just talk about how good the mini fridge worked?!! I’m driving coast to coast with my dog who eats fresh pet so it needs refrigerated, cooler by day mini fridge by night and this mini fridge even refrozen my overpacks. I’m beyond impressed and grateful. Staff were so nice and so helpful. Breakfast was great.

It was all perfect. There is a ton of road work near the hotels in the area which gets confusing and difficult to find at night BUT that has nothing to do with the property

The room was nice & clean but the hallways could of been vacuumed. The breakfast was fine but turkey sausage instead of pork or bacon? That raised some very important questions for us like why wouldn't they serve PORK?? If I stay again I will check to see if it's pork for breakfast.

My elderly mother is very cautious with showers. The roll-in shower really met her needs. The only concern was a desk lamp that didn't work, but staff was on top of that as soon as I mentioned it. We travel for medical purposes on a regular basis and I am certain we will return to this location.

Easy yo find, close to interstate ramp, close to Walmart, gas stations and restaurants. Mostly the big room with table and chairs, very comfortable beds. Just overall a great place. Definitely recommend. Great continental breakfast as well.

We had to constantly ask for pool towels as the rack was always empty. Staff had a hard time understanding and speaking English. The breakfast was great! And we had the pool to ourselves most of the time.

Everything! Amazing hotel. We have stayed here before and will not stay anywhere else in Sioux Falls at this point! The rooms and facilities are so clean and beautiful. The beds are SO comfortable. The rooms are just gorgeous and so cozy. Everything is so clean and the staff is amazing. Breakfast is hot and fresh and absolutely delicious. It's quiet and an absolutely perfect location.

Great stay, great staff, great breakfast. Sums it up - 10/10 for value and services provided. Amy in the evening and the night auditor were two of the hardest and kindest team members I’ve encountered.
