I had just come from a terrible name brand resort hotel in another state and was pleasantly surpised to come into a clean and well stocked room with granite counters, enough outlets and USB ports for your electronics, a nice coffee maker in the room and refrigerator. Bathroom towels were plentiful and soft. The staff is exceptional and the location great. Very good communication with the hotel. Sioux Falls is a really nice place and I would go back (in warm weather).

The breakfast could have used some more fresh fruit and less caloric offerings. But there were always packets of oatmeal (you could take with you) and a selection of beverages.

I have stayed in a lot of different motels/hotels and this motel was one of the cleanest ones that I have ever stayed in. I was very impressed with the whole experience. The rooms were good sized and very clean, the staff was friendly, the checking in and out process went fast, and the breakfast area was kept clean and enough food items to choose from so that you had options for breakfast. There was also ample parking, and the location was easy to find. I have no complaints.

I have no complaints. My experience with motel was a good one.

The setting/building is a little PlainJane, but it's convenient to I90 which was important, and very clean and easy to get in and out of. Breakfast was presented nicely and had good variety, including a bowl of fresh fruit (the cut up kind).

This is becoming a consistent issue: We aren't big TV users and rarely watch a movie while traveling. But we like to catch network news and morning shows. TVs are getting harder to use. The manager said ours was "messed up" because gamers set it for video games and leave it, which means a simple access for a network channel is impossible, even if there are directions (another anomoly of late). He nicely came up to our room and fixed the problem, but said it's a common one.

The gentleman manning the food area was very efficient and good with customers. He chatted with several as if he knew them from previous stays.

We and another person wanted to ask the hotel maid for a few supplies and she didn't speak English. We managed to finally communicate what we wanted, but it would be a good idea if she could carry a menu of items with her that people could just point to. Example...cups, tissues, toilet paper, etc. It would make things easier for both her and the customer. Just a suggestion.

Great location... just 7 minutes from the airport. The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool was amazing - the temperature was very comfortable. The hot tub was really, really hot... just like it should be. We left too early for their breakfast, but Robert was in early preparing the breakfast bar and happily helped us get a bite of breakfast before our early flight! Thanks, Robert. It was very clean and all staff were pleasant. The male breakfast staff was great at keeping the tables clean right away and the food was tasty and plentiful. The pool was heated nicely and the whirlpool was wonderfully heated.

I wish when we were coming off of South 29 that we could tell right away, which lane to take going forward to get into the parking lot. Just a little sign would be helpful. I bet you can’t fix that but I drive the wrong way around a couple times.

This AmericInn is by far one of the best managed we’ve stayed in. It was clean, spacious and offered a great breakfast selection! The rooms were comfortable and modern, and whilst its location was on the edge of town, its proximity to the interstate made accessing Sioux Falls a breeze - the area felt safe and quiet at night and plenty of local amenities that helped kickstart our road trip in the best way!

Friendly staff and comfortable beds.

Toilet paper roll was far from toilet and long mirror on bedroom wall was displaying bathroom to others in bedroom. The bedroom light was on opposite wall of long mirror making it shine directly on your back, resulting in difficultly seeing yourself in mirror unless you darkened the room. Then it was too dark. I recommend moving both the toilet paper and mirror in that room.. We stayed at the hotel in a different room earlier that week and that handicap room was excellent.

I thought the room was great at the America Inn by Wyndham in Sioux Falls, SD. I thought the facility and the room we stayed in were clean, but the bed mattress could have been a little softer. The bathroom had a curved shower curtain and a fan that had worked which I thought was great. I really like that they had Dove products for use in the bathroom because I love Dove products and that is what we use at home.

The beds could have had a softer mattress, and the toilet seat was loose which needed to be tightened as it moved when you sat down on it.

Absolutely, everything at this hotel is excellent, but above all, it is just the wonderfully clean and fresh smell throughout the entire facility that totally made the stay fantastic! I also want to mention that the room was incredibly quiet for a hotel located so close to the highway, that and a very comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep.

It is unusual for me not to leave a remark here, but I have nothing to comment on.
