Friendly staff bakes fresh cookies daily in the lobby. Hotel bar/restaurant is on the beautiful river walk. Free hot breakfast eggs and sausage. Pool and hot tub open late. 15 minute walk down the river pathway to Big Falls Park. Beautiful color changing pedestrian bridge next to hotel makes downtown only a 5 minute walk to the events park and shops/ restaurants, you don’t have to drive. Easy free parking with 2 lots. Clean rooms with beautiful river views from the 4th floor. Elevator not crowded.

Pool was a little cloudy and over chlorinated but nice hot tub

We were right next to the river walk. We didn't need our car here. Short walk to Sioux Falls and local parks. 3 blocks to downtown. The "Ode to Food" restaurant onsite was delightful, and they have outdoor seating with a view of the river and river walk.

A lot of construction on the riverbed and along the west bank at Sioux Falls. However, this will lead to a greatly enhanced experience for locals and tourists. The project is currently at Greenway Phase 3. They have an indoor pool and hot tub. But they where not available during our stay.

First of all, location. This hotel is less than a block from downtown Sioux Falls' vibrant and fun Phillips Ave. Lots of bars, restaurants, unique shopping and Falls Park all within 15 minutes walking. Hotel itself was clean. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, most notably Sharon, the lovely gal who runs the breakfast. She keeps her area clean and well-stocked. She is always interacting with folks, especially kids, with cheer and kindness. She is a true customer service pro! Our room and bed were comfy, and the shower was excellent.

The hotel is starting to show a little age, and some of the equipment in the exercise area could be replaced.

First time in Sioux Falls. Positive experience at this hotel. Flight got in early and they managed to accommodate an early check in. Room was clean, heat worked well and shower was hot. Angie at the front desk was a doll with an extra printing request. Long hours for breakfast and simple but good gym with great hours. Didn’t use the pool but people seemed to be having fun in it. Good selection of channels on the TV. Nice location in relation to downtown and restaurants.

Rooms slightly outdated but nothing I wouldn’t recommend.

They seem to be renovating the rooms, and ours had a fresh, new bathroom and bright white towels. The linens were nice and the bed was very comfortable. We had a view of the river from our room which was nice. There is an onsite restaurant so we didn't need to leave the hotel and we just relaxed and had dinner on the patio. Breakfast was good with all the usual offerings-hot and cold. Coffee and cookies in the lobby was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay.

The dark outer curtain doesn't operate, so felt a little exposed with just the sheer that wouldn't close completely.

Location was perfect! Right next to the Arc of Dreams and just a couple blocks from downtown/Phillips Ave. We enjoyed the hot, free breakfast every day which helped keep food cost down. Others had said the beds were uncomfortable and the shower water was not hot enough - but for us, both were fantastic and we had no complaints. The staff was extremely responsive.

The only complaint is the parking situation. There are just not enough spots for guests. We went last week and luckily it is off season, so we just made sure we got back to the hotel by around 5-6pm to get a spot. They do have permission for guests to park the next lot over but with the cold, windy weather, snow and ice, we wanted to be able to park in the hotel's parking lot. Other than that, our stay was wonderful!

The location was excellent. We stayed 5 nights. The hostess for the continental breakfast was friendly and efficient. I only wish the hot food was changed from day to day. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

Stair way carpet needed vacumming. Pool was closed Sunday when we wanted to use it.

Location, location, location. This hotel is situated, just a block or so from the center of town on the Big Sioux River with a striking view of the 'Bridge of Dreams,' sculpture. It is also next to nice walk-able trails along the river. We were on the 4th floor and had a great view of all of that. The pool, and other amenities, were good, about what one would expect for a hotel like this. Breakfast was adequate but not anything to rave about. I felt the decor in our room was contemporary. Staff friendly.

Price. One always would prefer to pay less for any hotel stay, but as this place is in a great location, and well cared for, price was just ok. Parking there while free, was a bit complicated at first.

Everything, Breakfast had Great choices. Biscuit and Gravy and the scrambled eggs were awesome. Nice and Hot. Hot coffee is not watered down. The bed was comfy. I stayed in King Executive Room.

Check In was at 3:00 pm and my room wasn't ready yet. Had to wait awhile for it. Got charged twice for my stay and was only here for a night. The restaurant connects the hotel should be open longer and provide room service.

Very clean, great location and the staff were awesome. Tina at the front desk was awesome she made our stay memorable by being a wonderful hostess Sharon kept the kitchen and eating area spotless and she was very helpful when we asked directions to different locations All the other staff we visited were very kind. The restaurant in the hotel service and food was great 😃
