The entire hotel was clean, including our room. The bed was comfortable and room was clean and had plenty of space.

We did not love the neighborhood this hotel was in and felt somewhat unsafe when moving from the parking lot to inside the hotel. I (being a woman) was especially thankful to have my partner with me while staying in this area. However, inside the hotel comfortable and felt safe.

Location and value

The end entrance where we had to go to our room, right in front of that door I guess the maintenance man was cleaning an air conditioning unit and he was in the way didn’t bother to move with spraying cleaning chemicals and water and making a mess in front of that door, he was friendly and kind, but he should’ve been in a different location

The king suite was third floor and a corner. It was clean and the hot tub in the room worked great. The room had a large open setup. Also the windows opened all the way so we had fresh air at night. The pool and hottub worked fantastic. Staff was courteous. Breakfast had diy waffles, biscuits and gravy, and a small assortment of breakfast items.

The hotel is right next to the highway, literally 100 feet, so it is loud from road noise. We read in previous reviews this is the case. We brought our own fan for white noise and worked great. Also you need to do a U turn at a light to get to the hotel. No big deal for me, but I can see it being an issue for others.

Perhaps an accident, but we got the biggest hotel room we've ever stayed in! It was a corner room with a king bed and Mt Rushmore above it. The king looked small in a room that big - I paced the room size around 360 square feet. The breakfast was excellent, a varied selection of foods. An especial pleasure was the attention and care devoted to the breakfast by the attendant. Not only did she refill any empties promptly and keep the area clean of crumbs or spills, but she was charming in taking care of small children asking for help. Seeing a warm smile and good heart like that makes such a difference. There was an elevator and a luggage cart which made moving a cooler and a half dozen bags to the second floor a breeze.

Nothing to complain about.

I like that they have breakfast there for there guests !

I don't like I booked an hotel with the Baymont on 41st st ,Sioux falls ,SD / Hi my name is Duwanda Morris I was at the Baymont hotel booking site and they let me book my room and when I got there I was turned away .. I told them I didn't understand y they were being like that they said they we're exercising the right to refuse services for me.

Delighted to discover Tesla Destination Chargers (4). Charged while we slept. Arrived late, lady at front desk was very helpful, and upgraded our king room to one with a Jacuzzi tub. Clean, friendly, comfortable. What else do you need?

Others talked about “sketchy characters in the neighborhood. We saw nothing like that. Try staying in downtown Spokane if you want a “sketchy” experience!

The front guy was a little hard to understand but only because of accent but he was a pleasant welcoming face after an 18 hour drive. Got up in the morning and not only were there mini biscuits n gravy but waffles... I'm so happy covid is over cause free breakfast is still one of my favorite part of hotels. The bed was super comfy

The alarm was preset... I got in at 1 am only to be woken up at 7 am from an alarm I didn't set. Sorry guys it's unplugged now but I'm up in time for biscuits lol

I especially liked how clean the facility and the rooms were. The staff was constantly cleaning. You don't see that at most economy hotels.

Yall broke my heart with the sausage gravy, staff didn't turn the heat on and it was ice cold. Got excited for no reason 😭

The price was the best, however, the accommodations, although not luxury, met our needs well. Very clean, breakfast offered a variety of choices, good tv reception, plug ins for both my cpap and my husband's, quiet considering highway was close by.

The toilet was too low for us senior citizens-if replacing, would be nice to put a few extra $'s into ones that are higher. A tray would be nice in the breakfast area to take breakfast back to a "senior" spouse. Charging station in lobby area for cell phones-hospital, etc. have them and they are stationary so they won't be stolen. Decaf coffee dispenser should have hot coffee first off in the morning-not cold that has to be warmed in microwave (as suggested by employee, but leaves one to wonder if it is leftover from day before.)
