Goof up by booking.com was very well managed by front desk. Our booking had "breakfast included", not communicated to the hotel. However, on showing reservation status in booking.com App, front desk issued vouchers without a murmur. Very spacious well appointed room. Very good breakfast. Enjoyed gym facilities

Clean, easy to find, close to the falls

Our shower didn’t work, BUT maintenance came right up and when he wasn’t able to fix it helped us move to a room two rooms down immediately- made the best of an annoying situation and we appreciated it!!!

Extremely close to the venue for a concert I attended.

I had upgraded to what was supposed to include a living area from what I was told well that wasn't the case which is deceptive advertising in my view. The tv didn't work when we got checked in front desk had to send maintenance the maintenance guy said he was told the wrong room at first. Then the wifi didn't work. Finally came back on the next day. I stayed here cause I attended a concert at the Denny Sanford premier center which is basically next door to the hotel. After checking in I noticed a Ramada just across the way had I seen that I more than likely would've stayed there instead. Next time I will overall I just wasn't all that impressed based on the money spent.

It is so convenient for Rascal Flatts concert to walk through the pathway right into the venue without going outside. Hotel has beautiful lobby and breakfast was great!

The faucet knob in room 164 is broken - right hand side.

My wife had an allergic reaction in the first room but staff relocated us right away. Very accommodating staff.

We purchased our 3-day stay with breakfast through Booking.com but apparently what your company did not allow enough to fully pay for it. Hotel staff arranged to have breakfast covered and speak with you about the change in your fees.

We liked that the convention center was connected to the hotel so we didn’t have to walk outside in the inclement weather. The restaurant food was pretty darn good and we can be a bit picky. Rooms were nice…bed comfortable. A solid room and hotel.

No complaints and I’ve stayed in lots of hotels/motels.

Club level dining room was closed, but enjoyed atmosphere in restaurant. Breakfast buffet in restaurant was good. Friendly and helpful staff. Dee at checkout was super friendly. Club level was very quiet. Room was clean, and room amenities were nice. Personalized welcome on TV made me smile. Server at restaurant took care of my no voucher situation with no problem. Extra security for Club level access.

Check in staffer forgot to put breakfast voucher in room ticket envelope. Lamp on nightstand wasn't working. Curtains weren't able to close completely due to detachment from curtain rod. Club level rooms are rather pricy.

The bed (king) was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. It was a good night sleep. Room was very quiet. The bathroom amenities were nice.

The room smelled like food (ketchup and onion). Unable to open the window to air out the room. The room was twice as expensive as I am use to paying for a typical hotel room.

absolutely love the location being connected to Denny Sanford center. the on site bar and restaurant is also a very nice factor in choosing this location.

only down side is the price of amenities, the restaurant and bar prices are definitely for people who stay for the convenience and are billed as such.

Location was great! Easy on/easy off I-29.

Upon entering the room, it was noted water was pooling in the bathtub. Reported to the front desk when checking out.....
