We came to celebrate my oldest son's birthday and he really enjoyed the arcade and water park.

Over all there isn't much to complain about. One suggestion would be to have had the crib in the room right away instead of having to hunt someone down as I had said we would need 1 or 2 if available before we had arrived. My husband and had ordered food from Boston's, we each ordered a.boston burger and they were great, we had also order the chocolate brownie addiction dessert and it was supposed to be 2 brownies with 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and caramel and chocolate sauce. When I we went to eat it however it was just 2 brownies, no ice cream or anything.

Loved the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The water park was also a lot of fun for us as well and the kids enjoyed the arcade. Everything seemed to be very well run and organized.

The hot tub had a cover on it that was coming off and it made it look less professional. The sofa bed wasn't very comfy and could have used some extra cushioning and pillow. The hot tub at the pool in the morning was also not warm at all, even though the regular pool was warm. So that was kind of odd. Minor problems overall, but I thought I would point it out.

We couldn't get into our room so walked back to front desk to let them know, lady called maintenance to open our door but when we went back to our room I was able to get door opened. Maintenance came 40 minutes later 😮. If we had waited outside our room all that time to get in I would have demanded a 50% refund! Pebble floor in pool area is hard on the feet. Breakfast should be free. $16 per person is expensive.

i really like the price, one of the cheaper places in town and is great for families that want to enjoy the water park. Boston's Restaurant is delicious and even though i was only staying for a hospital visit, they made me feel right at home. I've stayed here in the past, rooms have been renovated and it is a comfortable spot to stay.

The humidity from the pool can be rough as well as the chlorine smell. Other than that not a single complaint! Turn the A/C on and you won't even notice! Missing a few TV channels but the basics are there.

The water park was well maintained and fun. The rooms were nice. The location was perfect for all of our activities. I would stay here again.

The arcade needs to be updated. It is for children and when they pay and a game doesn't work it is disappointing for them. There was some construction going on at the time, so it looked like they were working to get things updated. I was looking forward to the tiki bar, but it was never open.

Any time I go to Sioux Falls, this is where I stay. It is centrally located to all of my preferred destinations in the Sioux Falls area. In fact, I choose to stay in the same room each time-168-the best room ever. Close to the parking lot and can zoom in and out of the hotel with privacy. The rooms are well stocked, back to the way hotel rooms were meant to be prior to the COVID era. The front desk staff were friendly and said 'hi'-they give you an inside look into how things are at the hotel. Reasonably priced, being that it is one road-cross from the EVENTS Center. Wonderful and delightful experience all around.

I was fully satisfied. The restaurant could need some upliftment with the food.

Although I traveled alone, I did notice that the hotel seemed really family-friendly with a water park in the center. From my room, which was right across the waterpark, I could hear kids laugh and have a good time until almost 10 pm so I definetely want to take my kids there when I can. I liked that the blind closed completely contrary to most hotels where you are forced to sleep with some light on versus none. The bed was comfortable. All in all, it was well worth the price.

They do not offer some basic hygiene amenities. Rather you can have a "travel" toothpaste for free which is great but you must pay for a "travel" toothbrush which is less great since most hotels carry those for free. Also, the night I arrived I inquired about the airport shuttle because I had a somewhat early flight, I asked many questions and asked if I could book it and was told to just come down when I was ready, and that they would call the driver and he would be right there. Long story short, it is time to go to the airport, I come down and am told to wait 15 minutes for a ride. Do not rely on the shuttle unless you give yourself enough wiggle room to enjoy it. There is Uber in town so it was fine. Still a good stay all in all.

There was breakfast served? I didn't know that so may need to advertise that more as I didn't see this as an option.

The baby pool with the pirate ship was COLD! The other pools were great temperature but I had little kids who would have loved to spend more time on the pirate ship but the water was too cold for them to stay in it too long. But while they were in it they enjoyed it.

I liked how friendly and helpful the staff were. As well as the layout of the facility. Our room was very comfortable besides the poor ventilation and mild mold on the ceiling of our bathroom.

I didn’t like that we got a room without a sleeper couch like we reserved in our reservation . I also requested a crib which we did not have in our room.

The cleaning staff is not coordinated. Why they are always trying to go inside the room early in the morning while we are sleeping.
