Beautiful hotel in a well renovated old bank building. They have a bar (which is great!) inside the old bank vault. The hotel lobby and rooms are beautiful. The bed was large and comfy and they provide bath robes. There is a K-cup machine and free Cava and water waiting for you in the fridge but no creamer. You can walk to everything downtown, and there are lots of restaurants, bars, shopping opportunities, a science museum, the park along the river, etc. The parking lot fills up but there is plenty of free parking around.

The bathroom could use an exhaust fan. Also, it would be nice if the refrigerator had a proper freezer.

This is a wonderful historic hotel. We stayed here because it is less than 2 blocks from the theatre. We stay here to see the plays that are showing. It's a short, safe walk in the evening after the play to get back to the hotel. The hotel is an old bank and when you walk into the lobby, you can still see the giant open bank vault. The room was spectacular, clean, the beds incredibly comfortable. It is right in the little downtown heart of Sioux Falls where much is going on and there are many places to eat, shop, have coffee and people-watch. There is a lovely diner a block away, the hotel is right on the river and if you are into the arts, there are sculptures all along the street with a map you can download.

Parking is tight but doable. Most people up here have big trucks and ours was a bit of a squeeze.

Rooms were very large; beds very comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. The food at the restaurant (not affiliated with the hotel but in the same building) was superb! We had free parking on site.

The decoration of the rooms was a little much: lots of silver colored fake leather... but it's just a matter of taste. They did not serve breakfast, but there was an amazing diner a block away.

Stylish hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and sparkling clean bathrooms! Great location close to shops, restaurants and downtown sights. Easy to walk around the area.

Would have loved to go to the hotel bar, however they were closed the night we stayed. The lobby coffee shop/cafe was also closed during our stay.

Gorgeous hotel, excellent style. Perfect location in the heart of downtown, walking distance to great bars and restaurants.

Low quality paper products. Our room was stylish, but there was zero counter space. No space or a decent mirror to do hair or makeup. Terrible water pressure in the shower. Shelves and step for shaving legs was on the opposite side from the water.

Beautifully decorated in downtown Su Fu. Many restaurants, shops, the riverwalk, and the sights of the falls were within walking distance.

Had trouble falling asleep even on the 7th floor because of the noise of beefed up cars and trucks cruising the street late Friday night. Wish I had brought ear plugs.

This is our all time fave place to stay when we go to Sioux Falls to catch a play. The theatre is two blocks away so we walk there. The little main shopping area is very small but the hotel is right in the thick of it and the shops are relavent -- cafes, restaurants, cute boutiques. Great place to vacation.

The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. It is a very attractive property that is very close cafes and restaurants. The beds and linens were quite comfortable. We appreciated having the shuttle to transport us to and from the airport.

The place is unique! Clean & accessible to restaurants even have one of theirs that makes you feel you are entering a volt of a bank! 🏦 what a fantastic experience! We love it!

Nothing so far. Except I find the receptionist who attended as upon arrival is not at all welcoming.

We did not get breakfast at the hotel. Loved the historical aspect of the hotel - especially the vault.

When we checked in the woman at the front desk was very standoffish and not welcoming. Every other person we interacted with was very friendly and helpful.
