Beautiful hotel in a well renovated old bank building. They have a bar (which is great!) inside the old bank vault. The hotel lobby and rooms are beautiful. The bed was large and comfy and they provide bath robes. There is a K-cup machine and free Cava and water waiting for you in the fridge but no creamer. You can walk to everything downtown, and there are lots of restaurants, bars, shopping opportunities, a science museum, the park along the river, etc. The parking lot fills up but there is plenty of free parking around.

The bathroom could use an exhaust fan. Also, it would be nice if the refrigerator had a proper freezer.

This is a wonderful historic hotel. We stayed here because it is less than 2 blocks from the theatre. We stay here to see the plays that are showing. It's a short, safe walk in the evening after the play to get back to the hotel. The hotel is an old bank and when you walk into the lobby, you can still see the giant open bank vault. The room was spectacular, clean, the beds incredibly comfortable. It is right in the little downtown heart of Sioux Falls where much is going on and there are many places to eat, shop, have coffee and people-watch. There is a lovely diner a block away, the hotel is right on the river and if you are into the arts, there are sculptures all along the street with a map you can download.

Parking is tight but doable. Most people up here have big trucks and ours was a bit of a squeeze.

Rooms were very large; beds very comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. The food at the restaurant (not affiliated with the hotel but in the same building) was superb! We had free parking on site.

The decoration of the rooms was a little much: lots of silver colored fake leather... but it's just a matter of taste. They did not serve breakfast, but there was an amazing diner a block away.

Lovely property, very clean, well-maintained, friendly, helpful staff. Appreciated secure underground parking for our SUV that was loaded w/wedding gifts.

ISSUES: No closet/hangers in the room. Just a few pegs on the wall. Also~rain-style shower fixture ONLY made it a challenge to shower w/o getting my hair doused. A wall mount or hand-held fixture option would have been appreciated.

Historic, boutique hotel, downtown and close to shops, charming clean rooms

This is the first time I had an issue - it sounded like children were running around above my room all night. I think it was possibly the elevator next to me. The fire alarm also went off for a few seconds at 9am but it was not the best way to wake up after a restless noisy night :(

We really enjoy that the location is within walking distance from so many places to visit. We love the uniqueness of the building and the historic feel to it and the decor! The staff has always been helpful and friendly.

Clean facilities and very friendly staff. Provided shuttle to and from concert, which we weren’t expecting when we booked our stay. The little bar is really cool in the old bank vault. Enjoyed walking around to other places and did a little shopping too. We never needed to use our vehicle until we checked out.

Stylish hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and sparkling clean bathrooms! Great location close to shops, restaurants and downtown sights. Easy to walk around the area.

Would have loved to go to the hotel bar, however they were closed the night we stayed. The lobby coffee shop/cafe was also closed during our stay.

Gorgeous hotel, excellent style. Perfect location in the heart of downtown, walking distance to great bars and restaurants.

Low quality paper products. Our room was stylish, but there was zero counter space. No space or a decent mirror to do hair or makeup. Terrible water pressure in the shower. Shelves and step for shaving legs was on the opposite side from the water.

Beautifully decorated in downtown Su Fu. Many restaurants, shops, the riverwalk, and the sights of the falls were within walking distance.

Had trouble falling asleep even on the 7th floor because of the noise of beefed up cars and trucks cruising the street late Friday night. Wish I had brought ear plugs.
