Happy they were dog friendly! This is why we choose this spot! We had 3 dogs, I think the pet fee was $20 each which seemed fair to us! There were lots of other dogs we saw, and we were just happy to find a decently priced place to stay with our babes! Found an amazing little place to eat and had some of the best food on our whole trip! I just can’t remember the name but it was downtown by the river!

The outdoor area had lots of dog poop from visitors not picking up after their dogs! Be a decent human and please pick up after your dogs to keep the yards clean for other pups! There was so much

The rooms, breakfast and staff were amazing. The little court yard could use some updating but was peacful and beautiful to sit in. The beds were more comfortable than we expected and we were very pleased with this!! Also, LOVED having a normal sized garbage can in our room. :)

The pool and hot tub were down while we were there. It would have been nice to be able to use them. Courtyard was a bit over grown and the furnitue was dated/tatered. (still a beautiful space)

Our boys loved going in the pool and the design of the pool instantly made our youngest feel safe and excited to swim especially since he is 6 and afraid of water if he cant touch the floor. He was instantly a little fish and was having the time of his life. And his brother loved the deeper end of the pool. We all loved the hot tub too for a nice way to end our swimming and relaxing for a few mins. It was wonderful!!

We ordered pizza late and we were told the front door would be locked after 10pm fod safety and we loved that! Just kind of made it a little bit more of a search for the delivery guy to find us in the back of the building but it was no biggy!!! It was a wonderful stay we will be back!

My kids loved the pool & of course, the waterslide. We were able to check in early, the room was clean & comfortable. It was a hot day & our room was already cooled off! Staff was friendly & helpful. Continental breakfast had quite the selections. Would definitely stay again.

The noise in the early morning; since I am not an early riser; they were redoing the flooring down the hallway. I can't really fault them for trying to improve the look of the place.

location for breakfast was good but offering oatmeal but no water to mix it wasn't good. supplies of items were plentiful. power outage was not good when on 2nd floor with a child on medical equipment but it does work when not connected for a few hours. battery lanterns or flashlights would have been useful.

The location was handy for getting to where we needed to be and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I personally liked the beds because I prefer a firmer mattress, and breakfast is better than having nothing.

The rooms are definitely in need of some updates and fixes. Our toilet seat was loose, the door would not shut all the way unless we tried to really force it, and the hallways leading to the rooms you have to be careful; If anyone was in the pool and walking through the laminate floored hallways you had a slip possibility on your hands due to the water left behind by them.

I felt very comfortable, it felt homey. Facilities were awesome: pool, whirlpool, and courtyard. Staff were friendly.

I wish the workout room would have had regular dumbbells. Love the idea of boxing bag but it was too light to be of any use. The elliptical wasn't functional. So loved al it did have! The slide in pool was not functional, that was a bummer for my teens. The activities rack was bare. I love using that to plan activities and future trips. Rooms were clean, but across building it was just a little unkept.

The room is clean and the front desk staff is friendly.

The room is dark at night without lights on the walls. However, it has lamps although the light is a bit dim. Overall, I am satisfied with the two-night stay here.

They had an amazing pool nicely heated spent alot of time in there. Very friendly staff. Check in and check out was fast and simple. Loved the location just off i-29.

Wish there were more breadfast options. And they had garbage lying around in the halls. Be nice to see them cleaner

Only knock on the stay is there were no lights in my room. Had to use bathroom light and a small desk lamp. I believe the place was going under renovation.
