Staying on the third floor, it took 6 minutes to leave my room and get to my gate. That's down the elevator, that's through TSA precheck. 6 minutes for a 6 AM flight. The lobby door goes directly to the ticketing counter. Ticketing counter is right next to a restaurant, then up the escalator/stairs for TSA. It couldn't be easier. I love FSD, and I love Aerostay. Late check in, no problem. The room with one bed wasn't spacious, but it was very comfy. And the odd-numbered rooms face the runway while the even-numbered face the parking lot.

Hotel is connected to the airport with an entry by the flight check-in counters, no need to step outside. A small, but sufficient continental breakfast is available in the lobby (grab & go items) starting at 4:00am. Rooms were basic but comfortable with a small fridge, Keurig coffeemaker and microwave. For $20, I was able to check-in early (@ 12:45pm).

Nothing was really short of expectations. It served my needs well.

The customer service!! Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by front desk attendant Sarah. She was very kind and provided all the details necessary for my stay. She also assisted us with a minor issue we had later on in the evening. Having worked in customer service and hospitality for over 15 years, it is rare to find someone that goes above and beyond lke Sarah did. I also had brief interactions with other members of your team the following morning. Both were very kind. Major kudos to your team.

The parking situation. I know it was probably listed in the booking, but having to park quite a ways away from the hotel after a 12 hour day in the car was a bit much. I didn't realize until I had arrived to the property. I know it is out of your control since yall bump up against the airport.

This hotel is ultra convenient as it is located adjacent to the airport terminal. No need to even go outdoors to get there. Our flight arrived late in the evening, so it was good to be able to get to our rooms immediately instead of having to wait for a hotel shuttle or spend money on an extra day of car rental. We picked up our rental car the next morning right at the terminal, and off we went, well-rested.

The "grab-and-go" breakfast was adequate but not great: coffee, muffins, yoghurt, bagels, fruit etc.

AeroStay is a great concept. The hotel is literally attached to the airport located next to the ticket/luggage airline counters. The breakfast was modest (coffee, juice, packaged muffins, instant oatmeal, cold cereal and fruit) however sufficient and available at 3 am! The staff was also friendly. Long term parking is available across the street.

The price.

Came in at midnight. There wasn't a coffee bar or something warm to comfort a long traveler. Also Leaving for a flight at 5am, Coffee in the room is terrible and no coffee available in the lobby. Also soap and shampoo and conditioner and body lotion is needed

Great location directly in the airport. The hotel door is located just past the Delta counter on the first floor. Perfect for late night flight arrivals or early morning departures. You can’t beat the convenience. Also…Many different channels .

The property is Spartan at best. Pillows were small and too firm. Room was clean and in perfect order, but it didn’t smell clean. Towels were smallish and rough.

It’s close to the airport so it was really convenient

The pricing was pretty expensive for a tiny room that was warm inside when I went in. I had to leave for a couple hours after cranking the air conditioning to make it livable in the room. And there was lots of noise from the mini fridge kicking on and off and the ac itself made a weird noise whenever it cycled. That plus the outside light getting in a little made for a hard to sleep night. Plus the free breakfast would have been best avoided.

It’s literally inside the airport. You go down a hallway and you are at check in immediately. Also they had grab and go food in case you had an early flight. Rooms are simple but super clean and have everything you need for a good nights sleep before an early flight.

Nothing.

The hotel and room was very clean. The staff were helpful. We had an early flight and they set grab and go breakfast out for you in the lobby. The bathroom shower was modern and very clean. The bed was actually very comfortable for a hotel.

Of course this is at the airport so there was bound to be some noise outside. It was very cold and snowing when we stayed so there was a lot of outside noise with the planes and the snow removal equipment. It is very inconvenient if you are going to stay there and go out for dinner or shopping as there is no parking lot. You have to use long-term parking and then if you want to go somewhere take your car out or pay for a cab. It would be nice if they had a small parking lot available for this purpose if you wanted to go have a nice meal somewhere before you retired for the evening.
