It was extremely clean and the cleaning ladies changed out towels and garbages without us asking which we love!! Staff was amazing and friendly. Loved all the live plants throughout the hotel!! Location was great for what we needed it for and restaurant that’s attached was delicious.

The beds could have been more comfortable. I have a bad back and hip and I could barely walk after sleeping 2 nights. My friends who don’t have that issue also thought the beds were not very comfortable. The pillows were wonderful though.

Service is always good, pool with netting and Lilly pads is great for kids, hot tub was good, comfy beds, good restaurant attached with good drinks.

The shower pressure was a trickle. I know the place was packed with guests but we can't all be showering all the time right? but no matter when I tried to shower it was awful weak pressure. heard water pipes going constantly, made me think I was next to the mainline or the rooms around me had all the taps open, leading to my crappy water pressure.

I love how clean the rooms are, the location is great- when attending an event nearby. The staff is freindly. Quick walk to the Crooked Pint with great food.

I had some lumpy soft pillows and I could just not get very comfortable. Room 252, the bathroom door squeaked and woke everyone up in the night. We paid 303/night and I don't think it's worth it, but I know the prices were high because it was a concert weekend.

Everything was excellent and the crooked pint breakfast was delicious. The dove soaps in the bathroom were unexpected but totally appreciated. The hot tub and pool were great and we had fun with the lily pads water cannons and netting.

The TV seems outdated. While i loved the ports being open in the front, the size and mounted on the wall aspect, they didn't have apps, nothing terrible but it wouldve been nice to have access to Netflix, YouTube, etc. I haven't used DirecTV in forever but it seemed outdated, there was no moving channel info guide, instead having to watch a scrolling guide on channel 3, the "info" didn't work either, stating unavailable.

Staff was great. Airport shuttle rocks. Location was very convenient for us to walk to the SD DPS to renew our Travelers Driver License. Room very clean and comfortable. Nice restaurant.

Very quiet room with a nice size refrigerator. The sheets were amazingly soft and great pillows. Everything was clean, well heated, and there was plenty of space. Ate at the attached restaurant and the food was great !

Wish there had been a makeup mirror.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend family and friends staying there. Staff was excellent. We had an overall experience that was most pleasant.

Mattress' could use a flip otherwise comfortable.

The staff at the desk was outstanding. This hotel is one the best in the USA for the price. Restaurant Pub has great food, football, and fair pricing.

I liked that the Crooked Pint was attached to the hotel. Easy to get to for lunch & best breakfast!

They say that they have shuttle service. Shuttle service ONLY to the airport. No shuttle service to the Denny Sanford Arena for the concert.
