Property was exceptional, food was amazing for the price, amenities were perfect, everything was clean. The staff were very friendly. It really have 5* experience.

Would have been nicer to have bars open a little longer (other than the sports bar which hadn’t a great vibe). The sports bar was fine, it opened till 1am.

The food and all the diversity of restaurants. Mauricio and Nora were great since we had the Mordomo service that really helped since we went with a 2 month old baby. We loved all restaurants but specially the Union. The kids club is also great with a lot of activities for the kids . The cots for the babies by the pool were a great commodity. Staff that gived support by the pool with drinks etc also amazing.

We had to wait more than 3 hours for our room to be ready. Some of the activities are not listed at their app so always better to confirm what are the activities for the day.

My five year old had the best vacation. This place was perfect for kids from our perspective. The kids camp was awesome and the water slides and pools. The private beach was super manageable. I highly recommend getting a cabana at the beach and going between there and the pool. The breakfast buffet was terrific. Everyone who worked there went out of their way to say yes and make our stay awesome.

They are new and learning the ropes. Food and drink took a long time to arrive, but hey, it’s paradise. They did a lot of programming but I took me a while to figure out what was happening and when and where.

Ernesto in the steakhouse was exceptional for our fine dining experience. The food is exceptional overall in the resort along with offerings for children that are amazing. The drinks are perfectly made by mixologists and every premium alcohol brand is all inclusive. The personalised workout classes is a must! We are going back this coming weekend just because the experience was so exceptional. Well Done SLS Playa Mujeres👌🏼

Beautiful aesthetics and good food

This property is a trip hazard. There are drop off edges of about 2-3 inches everywhere. Property as a whole not easily accessible

Overall we had great time at SLS - property is new, beautiful and thoughtfully planned, various and great food, esp. dinners (better that what we typically get at restaurants in Houston), clean pretty rooms and nice personnel. We also used beach and the sea was relatively clean

The disappointing part of the experience began when any issues arose. While the overall stay was enjoyable, there were a few hiccups during check-in and check-out The biggest issue, however, was with the spa. It was difficult to navigate, requiring run across 3 floors to find the entrance, and the services were significantly overpriced for the quality provided. On top of that, I was overcharged, as they incorrectly billed multiple services when I had only received one. When I tried to resolve the issue at check-out, the reception staff & spa manager were dismissive and unwilling to listen. Since they already had my check-in deposit, they simply proceeded with the charge, making it clear that there was little room for discussion

Staff at the restaurant lied about the availability of wine as part of the all-inclusive package we purchased. We were told glasses of wine were explicitly not included - forcing us to buy a bottle of wine (a $150USD bottle was the cheapest bottle of white they had apparently). Exorbitant tip amounts were pre-written on the receipt at the a la carte restaurant (for a party of 2)- told this was a standard service charge. Senior management needs to clamp down on the nonsense that is happening at their new resort. Advised management at check-out of the aforementioned and was merely offered an apology and an awkward smile. Booked an ocean view room, but didn't get the ocean view. Quality of the beach is awful- rocky sand and murky water. Felt scammed whole time, won't be returning to this property or any SLS resort/hotel after this experience.
