Location good - ten minute walk to centre of town, but some very reasonable restaurants only 5 minutes walk away. Staff were great, (Marco and Vincent in particular), providing help with luggage and good tips on restaurants etc. Room was good size, clean and well provided. Use of top floor lounge/bar area was good (unlocked by staff on request) - no bar but had a glass of our own wine looking at the view before heading out for dinner.

Located five blocks from the Main Street the location is good. The staff were super helpful and spoke excellent English. The accommodation was modern, comfortable, spacious and clean. Just be aware that they have rooms in a block at the back that go up 3 or 4 floors, so if you don’t want to be carrying your luggage up several flights of stairs ask for a ground floor room. There is a gated parking area if you have a car. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Patagonia, and started at 6am which was ideal because it meant we could leave early for Torres and be in the park for 8am. We would definitely stay here again.

Beds very comfortable. Very pleasant breakfast room. Lovely shower. Loved being able hang out in the fourth floor room with windows on three sides to watch weather come and go, look at the mountains in the distance, sunsets, or just play games or relax with a beer purchased from the convenience store.

Could hear noise from rooms ours shared walls with and noise from showers, toilets and foot traffic in room above. Just bring earplugs to sleep if this concerns you.

Breakfast was great and hot. The views were pretty amazing all around. The roof top bar is cool too. You can catch the sunrise up there. The food at the bar is ok, but the atmosphere is very chill and comfortable.

The room was a little chilly overnight but then the heat kicks on in the am. No elevators but being on the second floor wasnt bad. Wish breakfast was until 10-1030.

The hotel offers exceptional value. The rooms are large, tastefully decorated and fitted out to a high standard, very large comfortable bed, bathroom with large high tech power shower and modern wash hand basin etc, all spotlessly clean. Generous breakfast with freshly cooked scrambled eggs. That said, it is the management and staff that deserve the highest praise, fluent in English and Spanish, because of their care and dedication to helping guests. Highly recommend.

The room was very clean, beds comfortable, the hotel itself was very unique and cool with its layout and art of the native Chileans. We were only there for 1 quick night and didn't get to eat breakfast but everything there was great

Check in process was a little tough, the receptionist did. it speak any English, we used a translate app. The location is close to town but felt we were in a tougher part of the town. It could have been the local who just stared at us with a mean gaze from the block to our hotel that made us feel uncomfortable.

Loved the breakfast room with all its plants and windows. Good selection of breakfast items and wonderful coffee machine. Luis was very helpful with all our questions.

The room was very comfortable and streamlined. A chair would have been nice in the room.

Nice staff. Comfortable accommodation. Convenient location for restaurants and the main bus terminal. They even stored our luggage for free while we were hiking in Torres del Paine

There was only half a toilet roll but we were only staying 1 night. That's ok

Great location in town, and especially convenient for our early morning bus ride. Great breakfast! Loved that they opened at 6 so we could eat before we left, and the staff was wonderful. Great shower.

Temperature control was a little difficult. Too hot with the radiator on and too cold with the open window. Beds were a little uncomfortable.

Beautiful artwork gave it a warm homey touch. Staff were amiable and receptive to any needs as well as highly motivated to enhance the vacation experience however possible. Quite nice shower.
