I stayed at this hotel for the first time, I preferred to call the receptionist first because it was very close to the main street, it was in the morning, I felt that the receptionist working there spoke very racist, so I thanked him and hung up and made a reservation through booking.com, it is not appropriate to make a reservation by phone here, the way he spoke is bad! But I would like to say that when I checked in in the afternoon, there was a different person working at the reception and even the butler was very kind, the rooms were clean, I did not go down for breakfast, I do not know!

I just want to say that even if you are from a Central Asian country, you can still feel racism! For example, I am Turkmen, Uzbeks can be included in this! Everything else is fine!

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff! We especially want to thank the receptionist Beyrek — he was incredibly attentive, always ready to assist, and made our stay even more comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The hotel is also in a great location — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Thank you for the warm welcome! We were visiting a private hospital nearby, so the location was convenient for this purpose, otherwise it’s not located in an area of particular touristic interest. The place was clean, the room was small and instead of double bed it had one double and one single bed which made it very hard to navigate in the remaining miniscule area.

We only stayed in the hotel for around 6 hours, checked in at about 6:30pm and and left the hotel at 00:40am exactly as our hospital transfer came, so its hard to judge properly, but what was strange was that İ received a call on my cell phone from the property in the morning claiming that we did not leave the plastic door key as we left, which was incorrect, when we left there was a young man in the reception and we gave both cards (door key and electricity key) to him. İn addition, my reservation (Genius 3) promised a room upgrade, which we did not receive in fact.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We had a room with jaccuzzi and small terrace. Unfortunately, the weather was very bad, our flights were cancelled, but the staff helped us with extention of our stay and also with arrangement of transfers to the airports next day. We felt very good there. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My friend lost the glasses in transfer to the airport, but the receptionist of hotel helped to find them. We really recommend this accommodation. There are many shops around the hotel and also nice places to have good food.

The Hotel is in a very strategic place: near to the Metro station and in a very active and live suburb of the town, it is ideal for business and leisure trips. Quite easy to reach and with al comforts needed for your trip. Price is much better than other nearby similar structures

Some fittings have problems from time to time, and the refrigerator is not working well because hidden inside a cabinet where temperature raises quite high; also, the drawer in the desk was not working

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful The neighborhood is very authentic and affordable in terms of anything you want. Lots of different eateries, a few good places. Many shops,workshops. Next after the hotel is a place with delicious Turkish coffee for 30 lira. Overall, the stay at the hotel was enjoyable.

Some may not like the hotel's close proximity to the mosque. Prayer can wake you up at 5:00 in the morning View from the balcony of the neighboring building. The balcony will have to be kept closed at all times. There were a few small things in our room that could have been fixed or done better. (The refrigerator is barely alive,several light bulbs need to be replaced, etc.).

A very nice hotel, with very friendly staff. I was on business, so not much expectations. The room was nicely equipped with water heater, coffee and tea, all required amenities were in place that you would expect.

It would be nice if they would serve breakfast, However there are multiple restaurants and bakeries that are open in the early morning, so it is not a big challenge to find a place to it within 100m of the hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Confores Hotel with my family for a period of 10 days. I was not familiar with Istanbul and I came to Istanbul for a substantial operation, not knowing what to expect. I am pleased to report that Confores met and exceeded all my expectations. It was amazing value for money. Our room was very clean at all times, white sheets were changed every second day, as well as amenities and toiletries. The room was small but was equipped with everything that a hotel room may require to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. TV, Aircon, access to a small balcony, excellent WIFI, clean bathroom, coffee and tea facilities and a little fridge. The staff were also outstanding - incredibly helpful and friendly. Following surgery i needed and requested a regular supply of cold ice and that was readily available - at all hours of the night - the hotel is readily experienced as to the demands of people that undergo procedures in the nearby famous Memorial Hospital. Confores made my post operation stay in Istanbul most relaxing and enjoyable. I should mention that the hotel is very close to the hospital, a walking distance away. It is also located in the heart of Bahcevlier, a bustling hot spot with many amazing traditional turkish street food and shopping places. I will definitely come back to Confores in the future.

Nothing negative to say.

This surprising Hotel located in an apparently busy, confused and somehow "raw" area of Istanbul (that I like very much, because it is true and filled with Turkish lifestyle) would be aligned with expectations of most western travellers. It has been recently renewed, and electric plugs (which are often too scarce) here are easily available and you have plenty of them, even 5VDC USB for your portable devices. The other thing that is perfect is that it is only few meters away from the Metro station, from where you can travel almost anywhere with less than one Euro. I had a great stay!

Something could be better in the service and fixing small details in the room fixtures (lights not working properly, cleaning cloth left by the room attendant, some curtains damaged) but the stay was quite silent and comfortable, and receptionists are always there when you need them

Friendly and helpful staff. Located just a few minutes walk from Metro and Metrobus stations in a bustling part of Istanbul with basic restaurants very close by and supermarket almost opposite. Just two Metro stops from Istanbul Exhibition Centre.
