The location was incredibly peaceful, with the sea just a few steps away, whispering to you, and a stunning sunset that repeated itself day after day.

It's not about the location — it's about the fact that some guests, probably from....the North, keep thinking that placing a towel on a sunbed early in the morning gives them the right to keep it occupied all day. Come on, guys — manners, please! It's 2025 — time to stop this selfish behavior.

Simple accomodation but excellent for the price. The room had a fridge, tv, air-con and tea and coffee making facilities. Everything in the shower room worked as it should. The location is both convenient for the local bars and restaurants, but also a lovely spot in its own right with pleasant views over the bay.

Not much to complain about. The room was on the small side and there was no breakfast available. But it's a guest-house not a B&B so that wasn't really expected. They change sheets and towels every three nights, which may not be enough for some, but was fine for us.

We had the superior sea view room, which was lovely and very spacious, good sized balcony too. We mostly used the room for rest from the sun and to sleep in, the rest of the time we spent on the beaches of the area. I’d say this place is perfect if that’s what you intend to do as well.

The rooms are not the most sound proof, but we stayed in a quiet period son it wasn’t as much of an issue. We message the reception when another room was playing loud TV after 10pm, and they had turned it pretty soon after. So all good in the end.

We loved the calmeness of the area. The sea is wonderful and there are sun beds and umbrellas to use for free. the room was very clean, there was cleaning service every day. The other part of perdika is 5 minutes from there and has all the restaurants and a supermarket. There is a fridge and a boiler in the room and they borrowed us a plate and a knife to cut fruit and vegetables. There is air conditioning.

The room is not very well isolated, we were lucky that there were not a lot of people so it was very quiet, but if there are loud people staying in the building you can definitely hear them. The room is pretty small, but it wasn't a problem, but the bathroom is super small and not well constructed, the door should open outward and not inward the bathroom. The window is super small but there is air conditioning.

The location is perfect: right at the sea front and away from the traffic so that you have peace and quiet and the sea to yourself. The windows are equipped with musqito nets, so that you can sleep with the window open. The bathroom is modern, the bed comfortable. We liked it so much that we booked it again during the same holiday.

The location was great! The Guest House is at the sea front with direct access to crystal clear sea, a great place for relaxation and rest! The nearby Perdika village was great as well, with a lot of places to eat, drink or just for a walk! The prices were good too. In addition, Aris was really helpful host, very polite! Finally properly provides very strong and reliable wifi, so the teleworking is really easy from guest house! We will return for sure!

The ocean view was amazing and worth the little extra cost. Nice balcony as well to enjoy it, also with a huge mosquito net on the door. Superb

The bathroom is quite tiny, and the door opens into it so you have to play some Tetris to navigate around there. But it works and was pretty clean.

Great location, immaculately clean. Incredible views.

More clothes storage needed as no drawers so our clothes had to stay in our suitcases. Drawers could be placed under the vanity shelf. Replenishing of tea/coffee/milk would be a nice touch. But nonetheless it certainly didn’t spoil our stay and we’d definitely stay again.

The place is perfect the room was great fpr a couple. The staff in general was super kind and helped a lot. Aris is a super kond guy you can ask him literary anything and he knows the answer.

The room was simple and clean, the view was to a building but the air was amazing. The wonderful receptionist helped with everything and gave directions and recommendations, all with a smile! Very close to the beach.

The bathroom and toilet were very close, but it was as advertised, so it's okay
