In addition to everything I checked marked the main ingredient that has made my stay so enjoyable is manager Jonathan! I don't even know if he is a manager I never asked however if he isn't he should be because that's how he conducts himself. And it comes naturally! He is very humane with you and makes your stay very pleasurable regardless to what is taking place. That is professionalism! Thanks Jonathan.

Despite all the wonderful things I shared I would like to save a few more dollars.

Great hotel at a good cost. Staff was fantastic.

We were a little disappointed the pool was closed, but it was still ok.

Beds needed to be changed mattresses where wore out and had a weird smell

Change my bathroom robes at least daily not waiting till the room is cleaned after 7 days to change them. My key anytime it comes near my phone had to go to the reservation desk to have it reactivated.

Mr. Reginal was Awesome!!! As well as the other staff. Reginal made everyone feel welcome and safe. He works extremely hard to ensure that the property and hotel is clean and safe.
