Everything was perfect, from the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, to the breakfasts and the hotel and its location the views from the room was all perfect. The airport shuttle service was a nice included bonus. I would definitely return to this hotel.

A great hotel, but a bit outside the city. For business, it is great as it is easy to get to along as it sits along the Panamericana. But it is off the touristy track. There is a nice observation point very close with a spectacular view of Cuenca.

The AC is in the room was frighteningly loud. One of those American ACs that are either off, or on. And when ON, they are insanely loud.

Breakfast included, good food at lobby restaurant, large room, clean, well maintained, convenient airport shuttle, close proximity to mall

Construction noise at neighboring commercial building constantly loud until very late at night, even with windows closed. Very small interim restaurant in lobby. And no coffee creamer at breakfast service.

This has been the most amazing service I have ever experienced in a hotel I give it and 11 out of 10 even more everyone is just so wonderful I super recommend it

The pol was warm but tooooo shallow. Couldn’t do laps .knees touched the bottom of pool.
