I stayed here during my trip to Aqaba and couldn’t have asked for a better location. As someone who visited without a car, this hotel was the perfect choice—it’s right in the city center and close to everything you might need: restaurants, shops, the beach, and even tour agencies. Everything was within walking distance, which made our stay so convenient and stress-free. The reception team was also incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us and answer all our questions. I really appreciated their warm welcome and support throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality in the heart of Aqaba!

I had a wonderful experience at Lacosta Hotel! From the moment I reserved until I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The hotel is perfectly located—just a close to shops, restaurants, and Aqaba’s main attractions. The rooms are spotless, and comfortable, with beautiful views and all the amenities you'd expect from a top-class hotel. The breakfast buffet was good, they have restaurant, Bakery, Juice and Ice-cream and Coffee shop which gives service to your room as best as any big name ( Franchise ) What truly sets Lacosta apart is the level of service—every staff member went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. Whether it was arranging tours, recommending local spots, or ensuring I was comfortable, their hospitality was unmatched. I highly recommend Lacosta Hotel to anyone visiting Aqaba, whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks for every one for their service and hospitality

Staff, amazing room services, Location

I really enjoyed my stay in the Lacosta hotel. The room had a comfortable size and I really liked the balcony. The bathroom was more practical than most others I hve used on my trip through Jordan. The bed was really comfortable - and the location so close to the centre of Aqaba was very good, too. And everything was clean.

I think because there were not that many tourists and it was Ramadan time, the breakfast was not as varied as I had hoped for, but overall, it was still fine. I was missing a fitting chair for the "desk" though.

Great 4 star hotel in central Aqaba, with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops around. The hotel itself includes a bakery, juice shop etc in the basement of the building, and offers a buffet dinner in their restaurant for a very reasonable price. Just a few minutes walk to the sea. Angie and her colleagues from reception were super nice and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay a lot!

So clean everything’s shiny, very nice staff, the receptionist Sanad is the best guy in Jordan, he was very helpful and nice all the time, he made our stay. The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff and Sanad were there for our every need. There were taxis, shuttles, and entry tickets straight from the hotel to various destinations and attractions. The hotel is located near the royal yacht club, it’s walking distance to many great restaurants (the one across the street “Shinawi”is very recommended), and it’s a 5 min taxi to everywhere you’d want to go. 10/10 very much recommended.

Honestly there is nothing not to like.

The staff was wonderful and patient. They made our vacation so wonderful and comfortable. They were so friendly and the epitome of hospitality. I wanted my family to enjoy a great fish dinner while we were there. I googled best fish restaurants was surprised to Lacosta listed. I had intended to try a restaurant somewhere else but decided on Lacosta since it was on the list. The dinner was fabulous! I was so glad we did this. Also the morning breakfast was incredible! I highly recommend Lacosta for anyone who wants to visit Aqaba. Whenever I return, I know I want go anywhere else.

We had fantastic experience in this hotel. Upon arrival the staff were upgrading our room for free to a bigger room. Great location you can access the fort with 10 mins walk. It was a very pleasure stay

I would not say it is negative experience but we booked halfboard which somehow got lost due to admin issues. They Managed to prepare us meals from scratch considering our food allergies. So this experience became ás well a positive outcome.

1- The location was amazing, as it’s a walk distance from shops, restaurants, ATM and also the public beach. 2- The staff is very helpful and kind, since the reception to the people who works in the restaurant ☺️☺️☺️ 3- The breakfast was good, good variety among savory and sweet options, from omelette, hummus, falafel, pieces of vegetables, fruits, waffles, pancakes, cereal. 4- Although the breakfast time is 7-10am, on our last day, we came to the restaurant at 9:48am and the breakfast was still on, people came even at 10:10am and the staff continued serving with kindness and didn’t remove the food although it was passed the time, which it shows the hospitality of its staff ☺️☺️☺️

There were 2 little things about the room that I didn’t like… the lock of the bathroom’s door wasn’t working… but we didn’t complain as we are a family of 3. We stayed 2 nights, so on the 1st cleaning after our 1st night, they didn’t washed or change the caps they put for the coffee/tea… and if you finish the complimentary tea/coffee the 1st night, they don’t put a new one. As they just put 2 tea bags and 2 small Nescafé & coffee mate sachets and little sugar. A swimming pool will be wonderful… although they don’t have it, you can get free shuttle to Berenice beach club and buy the tickets from the reception, so it’s more like a good thing!! Also they recommend Saraya private beach.
