We had a great stay at the Sun Ray. The staff are very friendly and quick responding to emails. The place is very clean and on the way to both Chania and beaches of the West Coast. We were positively surprised with the welcoming raki, a bottle of wine and cold drinks waiting for us in the fridge. The swimming pool is cleaned every day and outside shower and toilet are a great addition. Beds are very comfy, and the kitchen has all the amenities you need. We stayed in the apartment with a jacuzzi and hammam shower so everyone in our group was happy and busy whilst not on the road. The apartment was cleaned every day and bed sheets and towels were changed during our week long stay. We recommend this place and for sure will come back when we are back in Crete. Thank you Eva and the team, for making our stay unforgettable.

Loved everything about the property! Wished we stayed longer:( Very friendly owner who greeted us with a smile every day and very responsive to all our questions. Even welcomed us with a few snacks and water upon our arrrival😊Extremely clean property (and I’m very picky)…always smelled nice in the common area and location is also exceptional. Many restaurants and markets all around. Beach right across the street. Without hesitation I would recommend staying here and would come back.

The hotel , staff and facilities were outstanding. We loved our stay in Sun Ray and will most definitely be returning back. The hotel is located in a very good location, close to bars and restaurants and also very close to the beach ( literally across the road with a view of the beach from the balcony) however it was still extremely peaceful and we enjoyed our night time in the jacuzzi looking towards the beautiful Cretan sea. The pool is lovely and there are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas to rest , soak in the sunshine and relax. The beds are extremely comfortable and the design of the place is lovely and modern , you can tell the owners have put love and care in offering the best possible accommodation.

Everything was fantastic I have nothing negative to say about our stay though an extra air conditioning unit in the living room would be ideal as we used it as a bedroom and it got slightly warm during the night.

The property was lovely. Everything was tastefully furnished with thought. Kept extremely clean and so well cared for. It was spacious and contained all that was needed. The location was good, near to be beach and lots of restaurants and shops. Although close to the main road it was still quiet. ALL of team were lovely and very helpful. Any issues/queries were dealt with efficiently! Car parking available too.

Everything was in accordance with the description of the facility and the photos provided. The facility and apartment are tastefully decorated. Everywhere is clean and fragrant. For us, the facility was a great base for visiting nearby attractions in this part of the island (1-2 hours by car). Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the jacuzzi or the swimming pool due to our busy sightseeing schedule, maybe next time we'll make it ;) With all my heart, a place worth recommending not only for the above-mentioned things, but also for the lovely people who run the facility. Excellent location. Accommodation is modern and decorated lovely, exceptionally clean, comfortable beds. Staff friendly and greeted by host with welcome gift. Nice touches coffee, toiletries, and washing supplies for cutlery and for washing machine. Accommodate late check out, much appreciated

It's not a big thing, but nobody is on reception. However, given phone number to contact if need staff. Not much wardrobe space.

The location was perfect. The staff and the store below, which belongs to the owner of the hotel, were all fantastic and very helpful whenever we needed assistance. Our apartment was cleaned daily, and even the dishes were washed each time. All in all, we had a fantastic stay.

There was nothing we didn't like, but if I had to mention one thing that wasn't perfect, it would be the shower head, which was impossible to keep on one level; it kept sliding down. Otherwise, we can't complain about anything. 😊

Small minus Bedroom were small and there was no wardrobe so it was difficult to find place to put the clothes.

Everything. There is nothing that we didn’t like about the accomodation, and would definitely book again! Room was extremely spacious with two separate bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen including washing machine and cooking facilities. Bathroom and shower were fantastic and modern. We loved the proximity to Chania beaches and bus stop to Old Town Chania is 20m away. Parking was easily available. Swimming pool facilities are awesome, and the property feels very homely. Didn’t want to leave!

Great location, just off the main strip with private parking which is very convenient. There’s been a full refurbishment in recent years so everything has a modern look and is well maintained. The apartment was spacious enough with 2 bedrooms and the kitchen had everything needed. Air conditioning worked fine and was cleaned regularly through the week. Fantastic value for money
