Our room was the perfect size and allowed our teenage kids to have a degree of independence with our worry. Food was of a good quality and variety during our stay The kids club staff were excellent and our younger kids really enjoyed the activities.

Our room was located at the edge of the resort and was, for the most part quiet. However, construction works at the adjoining site did start quite early in the morning. The pools were a little too cold for our kids but use of the indoor spa pool meant they didn't miss out.

The hotel is located right next to the beach with great view and small private beach zone. The rooms were spacious and comfy. It is definitely a great place especially for family with small kids. They have very rich program of all day activities and you can't be bored during your stay. Also they have great and clean swimming pools.

The all inclusive is not a real 5-star experience - the drinks are of low quality, especially the cocktails. The food was okay, but not excellent (the desserts for example were pretty much the same all the time). It was not so clean and tidy in some areas of the hotel. The beach beds on the beach were old and some of them broken.

The hotel was nice for a group with kids like us, there were a lot of fun things for kids to do between activities and entertainment. Hotel is 20 min away from chania.

We got the normal all inclusive and I was surprised that we couldn't get bottled water with our regular all inclusive and that it was for the super inclusive bracelets. It's only bottled water it should be included regardless!

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and were very content with all the services and amenities. First of all, the family room-house was amazing. Two-floored, very clean, very comfortable with two bathrooms and two balconies, one of which had a jacuzzi. The food exceeded all expectations. All the food was perfectly cooked, there was an incredible variety for all tastes and the quality was excellent. There were three restaurants with a different menu in the buffets each time. Very positive that there were many traditional foods. We were very satisfied, whatever we ate was perfectly cooked. The desserts could be better. Every day they had the same desserts. with the exception of 1-2 that were traditional Greek desserts, the rest were limited to mousses and cakes, indifferent to our tastes. The ice cream was of very average quality compared to the ice cream you generally find anywhere else in Greece outside hotels. We were very satisfied with the snacks they had at the bars, during the hours when the restaurants were closed. The crepes that were made at the bars during these hours were also very good. The cocktails that were also offered were also good even if they were basic. Regarding the sea and the pools, the sea was very clean with sand on the beach. The only negative was that entering the sea was difficult due to the large stones in the first few meters. Especially on days when there were waves, entering the sea was even more difficult, impossible if you had to hold a small child in your arms. It would be good if they had some kind of corridor with sandbags to go in L ike there are on other beaches. The pools were very nicely designed, the children went crazy playing. The most important thing was that they had lifeguards all the time. The activities such as gymnastics in the pool and the various games for the children in the pools were also very nice. For the children there was also the possibility to stay with the animators between 15.00 and 17.

Our holiday was exceptional from start to finish. We arrived very early in the morning and were still greeted warmly by the staff. Our room was decorated with a birthday banner, balloons, party hats and whistles for my birthday as it happened to be during the stay at the resort. We were unknowningly also upgraded to a room with a jet bath in the terrace. The room was spacious and big enough for 5 people with all the facilities required. Breakfast, lunch and dinners buffet were abundant and varied on a day-to-day basis. Child and adult activities throughout the day was always entertaining. Pools were never overly crowded and neither were the bars. Staff were always very friendly and ready to assist. We were also allowed to stay at the resort and continue using all the facilities until it was time to leave the resort for our late night flight. I would not recommend it enough!

I have nothing to complain about!

The All-inclusive package won't leave you hungry or thirsty at any time of the day. We gained weight but we enjoyed it. At our surprise, we had a private pool in our room which was a nice addition to our overall wonderful experience. We would like to express our deep gratitude and thanks to all Kiani Beach Resort Staff members who made from our stay an unforgettable one and would like to specifically mention the following situations and persons: Although we arrived 4 hours earlier than the normal check-in time, Ms. Jelena Vukovic (Operations & Front Office Manager) welcomed us warmly saying: "You are already our guests". Ms. Evangelia (Reception) handed us the all-inclusive bracelets and offered us to start enjoying all the resort's facilities until the room is ready. This gave us a great first impression about the level of Hospitality and Warmth at the Resort. As we were exploring the resort, we met Mr. Thodoris (Operations Manager) who respectfully saluted us, shaked hands, presented himself and thanked us for choosing the resort for our stay. Each time we met him afterwards, he had something delicious to offer us to eat or drink, be it a cocktail high tea, or a hot fresh crepe. Such a great welcoming manager, always smiling and showing respect to his guests. Ms. Katherina (Marketing Manager) invited us to join a high tea cocktail, which we thought was held for a special event. She told us: "You are special", and spent a lot of time talking to us and even suggesting things to do in Chania outside the resort. This shows that she genuinly cares about her guests satisfaction even if that means going out of the resort which litteraly provides everything but we followed her advice and explored Chania's venetian Harbor and we didn't regret it. We also experienced first class Guest Relationship through Ms. Modesta who helped us in arranging all the transfers outside the resort.

A really nice hotel complex, lovely pool areas and great access to the beach. Warm sea, shallow with soft sand. Great for the kids to swim in. Good location in a quiet rural setting and with excellent facilities for the kids. Good selection of food at the buffet. We had some really good meals. The animation team and kids club staff were excellent!

The two tier all inclusive arrangement led to delays getting served drinks where the 'premium' customers ordered cocktails which took a while to prepare. This was by no means a big deal!

We had such an amazing stay at Kiani Beach Resort in Crete – it was the best choice we could have made! The second restaurant was a real treat – the food was always fresh, varied, and delicious. A warm thank you to Chef Mr. Anestis, who really took care of every meal and made sure everything was just right. Our room was super clean and comfortable. The cleaning team did a fantastic job every day, and it made our stay so relaxing. What truly made this holiday unforgettable was the animation team and kids club. The evening shows with the team and Yaro’s great hosting brought so much fun and energy. The stars for us were at the kids club. My son absolutely loved it—he couldn’t have been in better hands! Lily, Gabi, Barbara, Emilia, Amira, Simona thank you wholeheartedly for creating such a warm and fun atmosphere. I had peace of mind knowing that Spiros was happy, safe, and having so much fun—he didn’t want to leave! If I had to make one small suggestion, it would be to add a bit more seafood variety (like shrimps, octopus, or fresh fish) and maybe bring in some more Cretan traditions. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Thank you to everyone at Kiani Beach for making us feel so welcome and helping us enjoy every moment to the fullest. We had a blast!!!

The pool bar was excellent, particularly Angelika - great friendly and fun service. The food was also really good, restaurant 1 was a bit dated but restaurants 2 and 3 were superb. Great selection for every meal and loads for kids too. The facilities were good, decent gym, great pools and tennis, Padel, table tennis were also excellent. The entertainment and animation team were brilliant - particularly Scott - made my daughter feel really welcomed and was also great fun. The hotel also offered a superb laundry service which was super useful during a 2 week stay!

They only had old rackets and 2 balls for tennis…with such good facilities they shouldn’t skimp on the rackets and balls. Same with the table tennis. The cola on the all inclusive was also sub par, sounds like a small thing but for an all inclusive that is quite pricey it could be better. The beer was sometimes foamy at dinner as well…should be easy to check it is full before meal times. The old part of the hotel was a little dated so when you first check in you feel disappointed but then it’s amazing when you start exploring.

We immensely enjoyed our stay at the resort. It is fantastic for families with young kids. Our daughter spent the whole day splashing in the pool and absolutely loved the kids' entertainment. The food was amazing and varied. Chef Anessi at Kiani2 was outstanding. He ensured the food was always fresh and delicious. The team of animators was energetic and truly dedicated to entertaining the guests. I especially enjoyed the great vibes during the Zumba classes with Michelle. Upon our departure, we found a sweet farewell note from reception along with some treats in the fridge. What a lovely touch! The cleaning service was excellent. Our cleaning lady was very kind and did a superb job keeping our room tidy and spotless.
