Cozy atmosphere. The rooms and bathrooms are good size. Staff members were outstanding and would go out of their way to assist us. The pool is a decent size. The bar and restaurant is excellent!! We were there for 4 nights and ate there for lunch twice and dinner twice. The restaurant is good enough that it’s wise to book your evening reservations as vacationers from other hotels come there to eat. Also, there are two grocery stores within a five minute walk, as well as bars, pubs, and restaurants are within walking distance. The small airport is literally just across the street. However you don’t notice or hear the small planes taking off and landing. This is not a wild party place. Highly recommend.

There isn’t much of a beach. We really liked everything else.

Great customer service, friendly and always helpful. walking distance all my tour activities meet up point. They also arrange tour activities, the hotel also has gold carts, remember to email them if you are arriving by a water taxi for them to pick you up. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Felt like home away from home. But…..the best part, the only thing separating the hotel from the airport is a road lolllll loved it!

The only thing I didn’t like which honestly wasn’t a big deal. I was traveling by myself and I ended with a double bed. I got in late and tired so I showered and went straight to bed, I don’t move a lot so I slept in a small area of the bed. When I got back from town the bed was made nicely but when I tried to get in I saw hair on the bed which I knew straight away was mine, some on the pillow as well. I have this facial treatment I do every night which left some stains on the pillow case, that was there as well. So whoever cleaned the room just push the sheets in and didn’t even brush the bedsheets. I just moved to the second bed.

The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of San pedro and the airport, yet is quiet. The rooms are spacious and comfy. Breakfast is at the blue water grill at extra cost, but theres a good selection and is good. The place comes alive in the evening with drinks, music and themed menus. The reception team are very attentive and helpful. The pool are while small is very welcome, good for relaxing in the heat of the day.

The room was very spacious for 2 people, we each had our own bed. The shower was amazing and the counter space for getting ready was great! The beds were comfortable. The hotel was walking distance from the airport (right across the street). And the hotel had a beautiful pool and wonderful bar/restaurant with fabulous staff! I would 100% stay here again.

The property not that only I didn’t like is the manager how she treated me at the beginning my wife s sister was visiting to the hotel outside or going eat to the restaurant but I didn’t expect the actitud of the manager it was terrible disgusting attendance that was the worst that I had on the hotel ..I thought the hotel was not for Hispanos .. the workers worked excellent the manager was terrible women but everything else was excellent

Sheena at the front desk was very friendly and helpful upon check in and Ryan was courteous and professional with assisting me to the room and check-in. I as very glad to see him still there serving customers after 6 years since I first visited Belize and stayed at the hotel.

Pricing. For the same amount of money I could have booked with the Hilton in MBV or any other number of boutique hotels and resorts on the island. I chose this one strictly for the proximity to the airport however, in the future, I may stay elsewhere for a different experience.

Very clean with super customer service. Pool was cold and refreshing. Nice beds. Very big shower. The Blue Water Grill was the best restaurant. Great location in the heart of downtown with Tropic Air across the seat.

Unable to swim in the sea.

We liked the location and the staff was very pleasant, kind, and accommodating.

Put sand in the court yard. I thought the courtyard was bare and plain. Some sand, maybe colored sand, lights some decorations like colorful plants and flowers would add to the ambience.

We loved the location, room size, staff. Blue water grill was delicious. Every meal was fantastic & the drinks were great!

We didn’t like there were no beach chairs by the beach & that you can’t swim in the ocean in front of hotel.

We liked that it was right in the town of San Pedro. Very close to great restaurants and cute shops. Once we walked through the doors, you would never know that the town was right behind you.
