As always, super helpful staff. Our AC was acting up a little on the first night, but the staff fixed everything while we were out on our day excursion, even though they hadn't been able to find a technician on the weekend. Luckily they went above and beyond to fix the problem themselves and the AC was working like a charm on the second night. They also accommodated our question to get a room with a bath, so two thumbs up for that as well.

Hotels seem to have a lot of trouble providing good pillows. I don't know what it is, I assume finding a good quality product at a decent price is hard for something that has to be probably replaced on the regular. I find it a recurring issue that the pillows in hotels are just flimsy and thin and offer no real support for your head. Unfortunately this occasion was no exception. I'll probably be bringing my own pillow on travels in the near future.

Got a fantastic experience at Hotel Sevenig. The place is super nice, exceptionally clean, cozy and welcoming vibe by Markus. It's run by a lovely family who truly make you feel at home. Parking was a breeze with a lot right in front of the hotel. The location is perfect , just a scenic 1hr20 walk up the hill to Burg Eltz (u will have great wood hiking time in spring) and only 15 min drive to Cochem. Dont miss out on their delicious homemade dinners and excellent local wine by the hotel !!! both were a real highlight of the stay. Highly recommended!

Just to short for the trip! Probably needs to stay longer to experience all the burg and scenic views there

It's an amazing location, just a 15-minute drive to Cochem and Eltz Castle. The hotel staff was very friendly, and the check-in process was quick.

Everything was great. Personally, I felt the breakfast was a little limited, especially when we didn't have options for coffee like cappuccino.

The room is large enough with a bequem bed. The stuff was friendly and helpful. (It was a pity that I coud stay only a very short time due to my train's delay. If I have an opportunity, I would like to stay longer.)

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind. We were traveling by bicycle and the luggage transfer service delivered our bags to the wrong town. They volunteered to drive us to collect our bags, saving us a 1+ hour train trip! Dinner at the restaurant was also amazing. Highly recommend; one of the best meals we had in Germany.

In this hotel you will feel welcome. The restaurant is not open, but they do serve simple meals. The dinner was excellent, with a wonderful view in front of the river and good wine.

A quaint little property located on the banks of the Mosel river. Very easy to find as its very close to the main road. We had a late check in around 8 PM, but it was no problem, as we had a person at the reception. She spoke very good English as well and this was very helpful to us. The rooms are very modern for new and clean. The dinner menu was very limited but what they had was quite tasty. Breakfast was also quite okay.

Good location, right next to river. very welcoming hosts, they found time to check with me and discuss how I feel, etc, never less there was big group there as well. good suggestions overall. excellent breakfast!

Good diner and breakfast. Friendly staff, good rooms with comfort beds. Nice location near the mosel with save parking for our motorcycles.

Maybe more chairs and tables for outside, for the rest we had an excellent stay.

Mark and the whole staff was amazing super friendly very accommodating! They even open the restaurant for us when they were closed for the night and brought the food to our room.. my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay
