Everything. This was by far the best hotel we've stayed at so far. The staff were very welcoming. The room was cosy but classy. The bathroom was quite large and the shower was a really roomy walk-in/wet room style which was great. We visited the spa which is simple, but has everything you could want as well as complimentary refreshments (tea etc). Breakfast is pre-ordered with a waited table service (not a banquet style), but we actually prefered this as our breakfasts were individually prepared for us which I feel is much nicer than standing around an industrial toaster with a bunch of sleepy Germans. One thing that made the hotel stand out for us was the lack of children. It was really nice not to have other people's kids running around everywhere when you are trying to relax, I really wish there were more spas like this. The hotel is also well situated for the old town, Klaipeda Castle, and for the passenger ferry for the Curonian Spit, but not so close that there is any loud sound; It was a very quiet location.

Nothing could be improved. I saw some other comments about temperature in the rooms. Yes, it's true there's no aircon. However, we visited when it was 26 degrees c outside and we slept just fine without needing to open the window or use the fan that was provided. The other thing people didn't like was that it's not so kid freindly, but for a childless couple like us that was a huge advantage.

Room design does not take into account small but important things: Weird lighting design , there is no light where you may want it ( desk ) and there is light where you don’t want it (into your eyes when you lie in bed) Bathroom clearly form over function , looks great , not so comfortable and convenient to use ( bathroom sink too big , barely any room left to put things), toilet location is such that you have to get up to reach toilet paper . etc. Form over function . This is not a big deal at all but it it just slightly annoying

had a wonderful stay at the Michaelson Boutique Hotel in Klaipėda. The location is absolutely perfect — right on the riverfront, offering beautiful views that make mornings and evenings especially relaxing. It’s within easy walking distance to the Old Town, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and exclusive.

There was uncleaned coffee machine that we asked to clean and they fixed this issue easily. Anyways room wasnot prepared properly for a guest. But still we had a great time in Michaelson Hotel

Woman who worked at the SPA center during our stay was great. Seemed really warm and nice person. SPA center was good and we would visit again. Room was very clean and had the things that we needed. Staff was nice, welcoming and helped with our questions. Breakfast was fine, location was good.

Breakfast from the menu - order before and get what you ordered in the morning. There was no allergen information on that menu, it was hard to choose something and only few healthy options available. The room temperature was really high, but we could not find an option to regulate.

This is an amazing rebuild of a warehouse with great attention to the architectural detail. Lovely to look at. Rooms had no temperature control but was always at a nice temperature, without noise or draught. Bathroom had a window!! Excellent lighting too. Fridge and coffee machine - no kettle or iron Breakfast is ordered the night before and is served. Variety is OK but after 3 nights, a bit limited. Very quiet rooms too .

Parking is an issue. The receptionist was unable to explain it properly. They have a marked area outside where you can park for €10 a day. However it is both small and used by staff and conference guests so we had no chance. In the street, there are spaces but you have to pay in cash so be prepared with lots of coins! Expensive for Lithuania.

Location, clean rooms

Rooms were cold, breakfast pricey(20 euro per person, consisting of one cold, one hot meal and two drinks. Anything above for extra cost, SPA is for additional pay, for whole family of 4 people it was 120 euros just for sauna and swimming pool. Hotel positions itself as a SPA hotel however SPA was in a next building and for additional cost. Kids were allowed to access SPA facilities only from 8 am to 2 pm which was really weird.

Really beautiful and good location. The room was very good, gorgeous bathroom and comfy bed.

The only downside was the parking. It costs 10 Eur per day which is not a problem but there is no order so when checking out there was someone parked behind us, and next to us so it was impossible to get out. The staff stated the people had not registered their cars there so it was very inconvenient to have to basically wait for them.

Beautifully renovated barn conversion. The room was spacious and comfortable with modern appliances and additional extras, such as underfloor heating and speakers in the bathroom. The spa facilities were high spec and a peaceful retreat.

No restaurant or bar at the property, which was not an issue but would make a nice addition.

Great location - next to the marina and just a few minutes by foot to the old town. The room was quiet and cozy, the hotel did feel like a boutique one - very unique, relaxing atmosphere. Staff were very helpful. I loved the light switches (tumbler switches instead of the regular "buttons"). It was very quiet, but that could be because we were in the off season and it felt like we were the only guests in the hotel. We did not have breakfast at the hotel

The double bed and the bedding could have been bigger. Otherwise no additional comments.

We were kindly surprised during this stay, staff was very kind, location is excellent and room is very good. Everything is nicely made and not only looks nice but feels nice also. Breakfast in the morning was also great. Would stay again!
