Perfect location I had the pleasure of meeting Sumaia, the receptionist at the hotel, and I must say she truly made my stay unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with a genuine smile and such warmth that immediately made me feel at home. She is extremely professional, polite, and attentive to every detail. No matter how busy the reception was, she handled everything with calmness and efficiency, always making sure that guests were comfortable and satisfied. What impressed me most was her patience and kindness—she answered all my questions, gave me helpful tips about the city, and went out of her way to assist with every request. It’s rare to find someone who combines hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care the way Sumaia does. She is without doubt an asset to the hotel, and I believe many guests will remember their stay because of her outstanding service. The location is excellent and the staff very co-operative . Also the rooms are clean and comfortable for a good nights sleep. Would definetly recommend if goinf for a holiday / work.

We initially encountered an issue with our room as it had a noticeable damp smell. However, upon calling the front office, they promptly worked to find a solution and provided us with a much better room. Jerome, in particular, made our stay exceptional. He offered great recommendations on tourist spots and dining options and frequently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. Thanks to his outstanding service, our experience was fantastic, and we will definitely be coming back.

They should triple check first the room before giving it to guest.

The room was clean.

The refrigerator had a lot of ice formed inside and because of this it was active more than needed prooved was noisy during the night. I asked for the wash of some T-Shirts and despite the fact they were delivered same day all of them had the room number written with a marker around the neck. The hotel staff apologised and offered to dry clean them again but we had to leave early next day and did refused. I washed them again at home and the writing did not come out.

The hotel was good for the amount paid... It was a clean environment and the people there as well as the staffs were welcoming... The breakfast was also nice where they also served indian food as well... I wanted to go to the swimming pool and gym....but unfortunately couldn't make it as I had limited time...so I can't comment on it... Overall it was a good experience... This location is at the centre...there is K M trading (Shopping Centre) nearby which is a walkable distance... It is a city and to travel to other tourist destinations it would take around 1 hour each...

Nice breakfast with different varieties, rooms very clean and peaceful sleep on comfortable bed. centrally located immediate access any where to Salalah or inside city. facilities like 5 star hotel. all staff very polite and immediate available for room service

no covered car parking. Advise for car cleaning facility special for guests who stayed in hotel. Dinner and BBQ quality and price not worthed.

The location was good.Room was clean.Staff were very good in dealing. They allowed us to do late check out.

1.Unfortunately Swimming pool was under maintenance.We booked the room only because of the Swimming pool. 2.Smoking smell were ter in and around the passage which can be controlled.

Stay was comfortable and rooms were clean. Breakfast was nice with good spread.

While checking in to the hotel, the reception staff had asked us to pay for breakfast as it was not covered for the children, whereas while making the booking the rate was inclusive of breakfast. But we had to clarify this again with the reception & finally they had agreed. But this was not a good gesture from the hotel reception staff.

The hotel was excellent and the location was fantastic! Center of the city and easily accessible to shops, restaurants, etc. The hotel was also very clean and the staff were wonderful!

Though they accommodate 4 persons in a standard room, the twin bed is very much a single bed which means only 1 person can be on 1 bed. So if you have 2 adults and 2 kids, then you need to take 2 rooms. But the front desk staff managed my stay in a professional way.

The staff was amazing, the location was right close to the grand mosque and the breakfast had many choices.

It was hard for my phone to connect to their wifi but that was on my side I think because my colleagues were able to connect.
