The front desk agent when I arrived was very knowledgeable and friendly. The front desk agent on duty around 11:00 PM was also very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful taking time away from her night audit duties to accommodate my needs. I also met John who is the General Manager. He was also very friendly and ready to do anything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. The owner(s) should know they have an excellent night front desk agent and an excellent General Manager. I was previously the Front Desk Manager at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Lompoc, CA and one of the Night Hotel Managers at the Chumash Casino and Resort in Santa Ynes, CA so I recognize GREAT hospitality workers when I see them and these two were!

We (The night Front Desk Agent, General Manager and myself could not get the internet to work in my room.

The lady at the front desk was so nice I liked that and was really quiet

What i didn't like was when you walked in to the room it smelled musky like mildew smell other than that the room was clean and so was the bathroom and the black strips you have in the tub to keep fokes from falling you need 3 instead of 2 Other than that it was good 👍

Everyone there was so nice and helpful.

No heavy blanket on bed.Toilet was wobbly and would run and water shut off.Probably bad valve inside.Bathroom was small but really liked the big bedroom with king size bed.

The staff!! They all were so kind to my children and myself!! We will go again!

I visited from out of town with my family and I checked with other hotels near and their staff was so rude and treated me like I couldn't afford a room! Well money was no problem! I wanted a place where staff was kind! We stayed at the Ramada and those staff were VERY kind! I am very satisfied and I will only be booking with them for my future trips in that area!! (:

That it was convenient they feed you breakfast pretty close to anything, anyone at any age would have for breakfast. Pretty good hospitality. Comfortable environment.

The staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming when we come in.

I truly wish service animals were allowed so both of my daughters could travel with me together to see their dad.

location,price and mostly the STAFF. they were excellent

IMO they need USB plugs in the rooms. USB boxes are outdated. most all hotels provide direct plugs. no box needed

The staff was very friendly! Pamela Gann, front desk,was the first person I met and because of her kindness, I booked every Tuesday and Wednesday consecutively for three weeks after that. Taylor the Manager and Brandy another employee made sure I had the same room each week as well that I requested.

The pool and little bar/ restaurant were not open.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok. Plenty of parking

Needed more water pressure in the shower. Really the only thing that I didnt like.
