The business center was open but there was no internet service sir the provided computer during the entire 4 day stay. I contacted woman at desk and she blew me off. I contacted the internet provider at number on computer screen and they just required a call from desk - she again blew me off and said it was a corporate issue.

It was very quiet and clean. I liked that there was shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I LOVED all the extra plug ins everywhere in the room!

The beds were hard. Still slept ok just hard. I really didnt like the notes stuck everywhere saying if you do this its gonna cost you 250.

Breakfast was great and location was not far the high school graduation we attended.

The leak in the ceiling above the ice machine. and the mold in the shower at the ceiling (not much but I noticed)...otherwise the room was clean and the hotel was nice.

Ice machine on 3rd floor not working. Soap dispenser in shower fell off wall. Cover for air conditioner was off. Refrigerator was not secured in place. Moved when tried to open.

The lady at the front desk was so warm and friendly! She went out of her way to help us. Breakfast was eggs and sausage, along with cereal, muffins, and an assortment of bread. All in all, our room was very clean and quiet. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Nicer than Super 8 and usually stay at Ramada. They are closed down now.

Wished they served breakfast later. I am not a morning person.

I got the room so we had an inside pool for grandson. It was air conditioned and was so cold he only stayed in 5 minutes

It was very clean and comfortable. The lady on second shift was so friendly and helpful. The other staff members were helpful but not as friendly. The room was great!! The breakfast was very satisfying. I'd definitely stay again.

The staff was very responsive and friendly.

Rosemary was very friendly and accommodating.

our room had quite a few spots on the carpet. And the bed a little firm. But we still enjoyed our stay.
