Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, coffee 24/7 in the breakfast area, the fact that your facility still offers smoking rooms, closeness of parking to the entrance, all areas were very clean.

Smoking room had no ashtray, Employee tried her best to find one but no luck; no coffee cups in room; property is older and needs some fixes; main dislike was that each time we left for awhile and came back our key cards didn’t work! Had to go to front desk to get them rekeyed twice.

Location, quiet and home like.

Not much choice for breakfast. Was easier to go somewhere to get breakfast. Basically precooked cheese omelet we had to microwave. Only had waffle maker and no cereal or milk options.

China was so very understanding and apologetic I know it was bothering her and I'm so impressed with how knowledgeable she was with service animal rules and guidelines..she went out of her way to comfort me

Bath tub was stopped up and no breakfast And the service animal rights!! someone needs to get educated on the rights by law the animals have..

The room was clean. we had a refrigerator and coffee pot. The shower is very nice. Air conditioner worked great. The price is awesome.

the towels and toilet paper too cheap, very thin. I wish the coffee pot was better. need a better blanket.

Facility good, in a good location, with a good staff. The manager Kimberly is very pleasant and makes one fill at home. It's a good place and value; I would stay stay there again.

Maybe a little more variety for the continental breakfast.

Best cheap hotel in Batesville. Comfortable beds. WiFi works really well. Cable TV. Great staff

Had trouble everytime with the key card.

That my dogs were allowed with only a 11.50 each non refundable .they are really nice I lost everything in a fire last night I have no family don't know what I'm going to do but they have made these couple days manageable.

The Mgr Allison was very nice n pleasant. Gave us a nice room on the first floor. My husband is disabled n walks with a cane. Great service Allison.

Somewhat limited. No cereal or fruit. Coffee good. It was more than some budget motels. Had packaged precooked eggs and okay breakfast burrito.
