Exceptional staff. Pascal and Stephanie were very welcoming to our family. Excellent customer service and no task or request was too much trouble for them. The room suited our family perfectly and the option of an extra showering and toilet facility near the room was also welcomed. Location also very good with easy access to the motorway and main routes to local attractions such as Chamonix and Megève. The breakfast service and restaurant area were also very well organised and excellent quality with amazing views of Mont Blanc. Also the sled run around the back of the hotel was great fun for the whole family with some sleds available to borrow.

A minor point, but perhaps a few more hooks and rails to allow the drying of ski clothing and towels.

Idylic little hotel in a great location with wonderful scenery. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. A 10 minute walk to Combloux village where there are restaurants, shops, supermarket, pharmacy and the stop for the ski buses. Hosts were lovely. Very welcoming and knowledgeable of the area and advised on ski lifts, equipment hire etc. Very quiet, which we loved as are a quiet family and were in bed early each night after a busy days skiing. Continental breakfast available. Beautiful view of Mont Blanc from the dining room. A lovely first taste of a family ski trip. Would definitely return.

If I had to write something, it would be that the walk to the village was up hill. Although you pass through some fabulous chalets, a park and the bio pool along the way so very picturesque. No problem coming back down in the evening!

Very nice family hotel, clean and cozy with the spirit of the mountains. Near the hotel there is a little hill to go sledding. Tasty breakfast with local products for 12,5€ pp. Comfortable bed, strong water pressure and there were always hot water and good heating. Free parking

For 5 nights we had shower gel just once, then you must hope to see the cleaning lady to ask for another one. But the rest were perfect, no negative sides.

Staff - extremely polite, friendly, smiley, helpful. Bed - great mattress, not too soft and good pillow - very comfortable. Parking - private on site Green area - perfect to sit and enjoy view and also exercise dog. Bathroom, room and everything very clean. Great location - walking distance to the village - restaurants etc. (where is busy, so we enjoyed our peaceful hotel).

Maybe more variety in breakfast? Like cheese, ham and some veggies?

Exactly as expected, the staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and tidy. The views were outstanding, and the little area outside to play boules / table tennis was a bonus for the kids.

No kettle... we're British and didn't expect it though! Also, the room got very warm overnight with no AC. Not a problem though as we knew that when we booked it!

Lovely, away from crowds, sweet neighborhood.

I liked everything. The entrance is right on the road so that could seem like a turn off, but don’t let that keep you away. Looking out my room window on the other side was spectacular. I enjoyed this much more than a fancy hotel. This was the experience i wanted in France. The owners are so gracious.

It' appears to be a small private hotel and clearly the staff / owners are making every effort so that guests enjoy their stay here. The view from my room over Mont Blanc was absolutely fabulous. The hotel is on the main road through the village so there is a little noise from traffic, but it's not much. This hotel is on the edge of the village which has enough shops and restaurants to make a visit worth while. Definitely one to visit again if I'm in this region.

The owners were very friendly and kind. The location is great, close to ski resorts. One of our rooms had a nice view on mountains. We had a very pleasant stay and definitely we will suggest to our friends as well.

Great place,with a very nice view from the balcony. Not that far away from Chamonix. Half board was good. Nice portions and tasty. Host are very friendly.

I dislike shared blanket. What would be good for me is some kind of light music in the background while having dinner. Complete silence is kind of disturbing for us. Road is a bit noisy in the night, but manageable.
