As I arrived at the from on check in - the room was messy, didn’t get a clean out after the other guest left. However they imidiatelly got me another room. And sweets to apologize. It was 6pm when I arrived.

Great service, nice hotel, spacious room, great breakfast, lovely common area, friendly staff

The rooms were a bit noisy, so we were able to hear people talking in the next room (only when it is very quiet). During our stay the rooftop bar was unfortunately closed, we managed to go upstairs and it also is not such a nice area for the bar.

The staff, very welcoming and competent, the room was excellent very beautiful and well decorated, clean and it was a pleasure to stay in, great location and very safe

The menu of the restaurant could be a little more Brazilian and a little better but it was still very good and excellent service. The gym could be more spacious to allow for mat exercises.

Breakfast was amazing, highlight of the stay. Staff was kind, and room was cute. They let us check in early for no fee and keep our bags the next day as well.

Room was freezing, had no heating during the winter which was an issue. Hotel was smaller than expected.

Shower is amazing. Room is spacious and decoration is great. Staff is friendly. Highly recommended!

Breakfast is of average quality. Could be much better. Could have a second place to put luggage on that isn't the desk.

i don’t know were to start, everything was perfect. From the excellent location near Avenida Paulista, with good restaurants, shops and a very safe neighborhood. The room and hotel spaces were beautiful, very well design, with attention to details. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of options. The staff were very attentive, nice and welcoming. I definetly recommend this hotel and will return.

Great location in a very quiet residential street of Jardins but convenient enough to great dining options. Beds are comfy and breakfast was delicious and had good variety. Definitely a good option for lodging in SP.

The hotel is very clean, modern, and the rooms are large and comfortable. The lobby bar was excellent. The location is great.

The outdoor rooftop and other terraces were closed.

Incredible location. Nice and modern hotel.

Expensive for what it was. Lack of amenities for families / kids. It would have been nice if the Terrace had at least a TV.

The friendly service of Hilton is wonderful. The location of the hotel is also very good as it only takes 10mins walk to the main street.
