I enjoyed everything from the room and breakfast. The location was convenient to everywhere we needed to go. Very nice and friendly staff. When I called the front desk they immediately took care of my concern.

I didn't like the lack of communication at check in. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and upon check in I was charged $80 extra to my card. We were tired and were in town for a funeral of a loved one. I handed my card to the gentleman, he never said a word about the fee. We hurried to the rooms to change. I checked my card and thought I was over charged. I went to the desk to ask questions and the gentleman explained the fees. I only suggest more communication upon check in. Other than that it was a great experience.

I liked walking in & seeing a smile, having a prompt check-in, & hearing, "Let us know if you need anything." I had no problem with the card entry into my room, which is a great plus. Love the fact all it takes is a tap. When I opened the door the room was filled with natural light and I could see entire room. The bathroom was to my immediate left & I could see well. Security is a big issue these days, especially if you are alone, and I loved the openness of it all, and being able to see entire room. I reserved a King bed room and it was very spacious. Plenty of room to walk freely. I turned on small light on bed headboard & then closed window shade which blocked out the bright sun completely. My room was on side of Exit ramp from 84, but complete quiet. No traffic sounds. Bed was very comfortable. Coffee maker worked perfectly. Great amount of storage for clothes & personal belongings. Bathroom spacious with a lot of counter space. Hair dryer provided worked very well. I forgot mine & theirs was professional grade. Towels crisp, clean, and perfect thickness. Washcloths same, and nice size. Location of hotel convenient to gas stations, Publix grocery store, restaurants, & shopping center. I searched for a TV channel guide & didn't see one. Went down to desk to ask for one & the Receptionist provided it. This visit was completely about me. Down time. Quiet time. Off work, and just wanted some quiet alone time in a nice , comfortable quiet environment. I had stayed here before with family, and the clean, secure, quiet, & friendly atmosphere brought me back. The only hiccup in my stay was the shower head. It was a massage showerhead & it was a little loose. Had to hold it while I changed its different spray choices. Was going to report it but I forgot. My only other "dislike" is that I couldn't stay more than one night, but I definitely got the quiet alone time I was in need of.

The suite size was very nice. Layout well designed and functional. Coffee bar, refrigerator very nice & all worked without issues. Loved the shower. Felt amazing & name brand body soap & shampoo was greatly appreciated. Beds very stout, mattresses comfortable, linens clean & crisp. Towels nice size & thick, not thin & cheap. Very good TV reception, but could have more channels, especially children channel selections. Room was quiet. No outside noise filtering in from street or other rooms. The indoor pool was a complete surprise! Very nice size. Grandchildren loved it! I enjoyed not having to fight off gnats & wiping sweat or worrying about over exposure to sun on children. Best breakfast I have ever experienced in any hotel chain so far

There should be a light over Coffee Bar. Had to use penlight to fix morning coffee. Didn't want to turn on big overhead light that may have awakened grandchildren. No shading trees on property in parking lot for vehicles. Had to turn car on & cool with A/C a few minutes before letting Grandchildren in.

The breakfast was really good. The area was very clean. All cooked food was hot and plentiful. Cold items were chilled properly. Coffee fresh with variety of creamers. Good selection of all food items. Attendant close by to help with any needs or concerns

I was a little concerned about the bedding. The linen was very wrinkled, almost as if the maid didn't change the linen from the last person(s) to stay and just made up the bed. Can't proof that's true, it just didn't look good to have such wrinkled bedding. Never experienced that before and I travel a lot.

Nice facility, if we had been staying longer would've brought a bathing suit, indoor pool looked great. Good breakfast, breakfast staff was very friendly.

Child in room above ran and jumped until after 10pm, could not sleep, had to get up early. staff at desk said he'd go talk to them, not sure if he did, child did not stop, I tried to call the room myself, no answer but couldn't hear a phone ring, not sure if it works. Several things needed upgrading, no towel rack in the bathroom, jacuzzi tub next to the bed was weird, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, no vent for AC either

The breakfast was very good, had a good variety, something for everyone. Staff was very accomodating, asking several times if there was anything we needed.

The lighting in the room was not very good, dark corners. Needed a light that would not reflect off the mirror from the bathroom right at the bed. The products provided in the room for shampoo, body wash, etc. is a great idea, however, the bottles were almost empty. The way they are installed I don't think the maids can tell whether they are full or not.

Breakfast was good enough for me , the lady was very friendly and attentive to all needs . The location was about 2 miles from the event, good location

people slam doors and making noise on the middle of the night

Well when we checked in we did not get our military discount.And when we looked at the site that night for my mom ,staying the same time as us. The rooms where about 50 to 100 dollars cheaper

Everything about the motel was great. The breakfast in the cafeteria was very good and the whole motel was very clean and nice and the staff were nice also

The breakfast. The breakfast was horrible, the patty sausages were rubbery and undercooked, the eggs were watery, and the pancakes were thin and rubber as well. It could've been better.
