On arrival we had a great welcome and information given. The hotel is a lovely small modern two story high unit. We had a room upstairs with a balcony overlooking the pool , the skyline of Granada and Mombacho volcano. Great view to wake up to. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and spacious with hot water and good WiFi. Breakfast is out by the pool. Family run, Micheal and Marcia could not have done more for us, offering local advice to arranging tours and taxis for us. Situated a few, easily walkable, blocks outside the city it is a little oasis to return to after a busy day. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you .

Our stay at El Jardin was perfect! The hotel feels very safe - it's gated and there's always somebody around the front desk. It's in a good location to walk around and explore Granada, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are clean and have air conditioning (a huge plus) and flush toilets. We enjoyed lounging by their pool and sipping piña coladas, and the breakfast they served each morning. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They were kind enough to arrange transport for us from Managua to Granada when we arrived, and from Granada to San Jorge when we left. We also arranged multiple tours through the hotel - including a day trip to Laguna de Apoloyo, the Masaya Volcano Night Tour, and a boat trip around Las Isletas. Their dogs and cats are friendly. Would highly recommend!

We missed one of our tours because we believed it started right at 4:30pm - when really the company comes to pick you up any time between 4-4:30pm. Just a miscommunication and we were able to make it up the next day.

Room was very comfortable, balcony offered a great view of the Mombacho Volcano and the Granada sky. Has an excellent pool. The breakfast was excellent and generous. The best I've ever had in Granada, and I've been there eight times now. Hotel is just four/five blocks from historic downtown Granada and all that that offers. But that lends it a quiet at night that is very welcome. Staff are attentive and helpful. Property is very secure, with an enclosed parking lot. Can't say enough about this place. Highly recommended.

The only thing I would change is the breakfast area. Needs umbrellas to shield from the sun. Other than that, excellent. Best Breakfast I've had anywhere in Nica.

Everything was really great! One of the best places to stay ever! Wonderful view from balcony. Very helpful and friendly staff. Delightful pool with some of the most comfortable sunbeds. Tours and shuttle buses offered at reasonable prices. Granada is a lovely city with a good range of restaurants and a very happy atmosphere over new year. At midnight on 31st we were woken at midnight by a wonderful firework display which went on for ages - and we had a great view from our balcony.

The staffs were great kind and respectful. The check in was fast. Even though i was a bit early. I got room 7 love the view. Location is great. Not to far from the main strip on car or taxi. Walking to downtown Granada is about 10 mins walk. And main entrance and exit to Granada is 3 mins. The room is beautiful comfy and clean. Love the fact that there's A/C. Swimming pool is nice.

Theres nothing negative about Hotel Jardin.

Everything is nice and in a good condition. It's clean. The pool is quite big and the breakfast was quite nice. The owners are very helpful and they made a lot out of that piece of land. The whole house is very beautiful.

The only thing which I didn't like is that you can hear the people of your neighbour's room. But that's normal in that country and luckily it was quite calm that night even though it is close to the city center. That's very good.

The room was immaculate, AC and ceiling fans worked great, beautiful gardens and lovely pool with Mountain views. The owner, Miguel, went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating. All the staff members were wonderful. Delicious breakfast was included with my stay; choice of Nica or American style (I always choose the traditional Nica).

We absolutely loved our stay! Huge thanks to Michael and Marcia for looking after us so well. They were so helpful helping us organise everything. It's a beautiful, clean, quiet hotel with excellent rooms and a delicious breakfast. Best place we have stayed on our travels!

Marcia and Micheal, the owners, a Swiss-Guatemalan couple, are more than nice, extremely helpful and caring, as well as their personnel. The hotel is modern with a hot shower and high water pressure, which is really not standard in Nicaragua. It is a little oasis in the middle of Granada.

In 5 months of RTW travel this was our favourite place to stay. It was comfortable, quiet, clean, friendly, cool rooms with aircon, lovely pool, yummy breakfast, secure parking for our motorcycles, only a short walk through a safe neighbourhood to the centre and restaurants. Highly Recommend
