The Staff, especially Maria at the Front Desk. We arrived a bit early and even though Check=in was suppose to be at 3pm, she lets us in a little after 130pm Plus I appreciated the cookies and cold water throughout the day.

I wish the pillows were either bigger, or more to use to sleep with. Besides that, Everything was Great! I will definitely stay here again when I have to visit the area, like Davis.

Breakfast was excellent

Only negative was my check in. Gal never made eye contact with me and was pretty much just getting me checked in. The gal we had in the morning was excellent! Unfortunately I do not know their names. We checked in on 1/1 about 4 pm and checked out /2 around 7 am.

The extra sofa bed worked well since we had a highschooler, a child, and 2 adults The room was quiet and clean and the breakfast wasn't too crowded. The sofa bed was quite comfortable.

It would've been even better with a door separating the 2 rooms.

Clean and very comfortable. Close to where I needed to go everyday for the dog show

Although they had plenty of potty stations for the dogs some was on a slope and it was very slippery after the sprinklers went off.

According to staff ALL Hampton Inns are now “pet friendly” since the pandemic That’s every property, every floor, every room. our room smelled of dirty dogs. UNACCEPTABLE! NO PET FREE ROOMS OR FLOORS. I asked to look at two other rooms before settling for the room we had. Also dirty smelly dog odors. UNACCEPTABLE! Was told that corporate HQ said everything, every room to be pet friendly. That means pet dander allergic guest STAY AWAY! We have used the Hampton brand for years. Never again! I’ll pay more money to get quality air to breathe.

The room & facility are clean, smell good. The beds are comfy. The breakfast was great, many choices.

The towels in our room were dirty food or something on them and folded back up on top of the stack in bathroom. Was a little pricey for a mid week stay

The location was on top of a hill with a view of the I-5 freeway. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were polite and efficient. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed and facilities were outstanding.

It was very clean, well kept up... Nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers on one end of the tub wall... Nice breakfast bar variety (hot and cold offerings). Friendly staff.

No safety bathtub bar on the opposite end of the shower head, near the shampoo/conditioner bottles. There was one at the shower head end, but could've also used one at the other end.

Staff were very nice. Room was nice. Pool was nice.

Bathroom was a bit dirty in spots. Breakfast was decent, but there weren't enough tables and chairs to sit at.

Perfect location for an overnight stay as we traveled from Salem, OR to San Diego, CA. Close to freeway. Clean and comfortable.

Room wasn't ready at 3:00. We had to wait until 3:40. After an 8 hour drive, waiting for room to be ready was disappointing. It would have been nice if we had been offered a complimentary drink or snack while we waited.
